Jewelry traits arcane as well as inner light from the mages guild and bound aegis from sorc skills. They give percent based boosts to mag. Also have at least one piece of light medium and heavy and you get another percent boost from undaunted passives.

You can also swap saint and seducer for fete ring for even higher but I prefer the damage boosts from saint and seducer necklace
