I always hated creating my own mod collections for games like skyrim and fallout and trying to make the mods work together but loved playing with them as there are so many great mods out there. So this is absolutely what I'm looking for. Collection is almost done installing. Thanks for the showcase :)
The problem with collections is everyone claims their collection is what Skyrim should have been, which usually make some attempt to turn it into some other game. This collection is no exception to that fallacy. I don't want half of the mods used to build it, but a lot of those can't be skipped without causing problems. Skyrim's gameplay was mostly fine. The game doesn't need major gameplay overhauls. Just some modernization of graphics and animations with a touch of extra features. It seems like my taste is too niche to rely on collections and I'm fed up with trying to rebuild my load order from 6 years ago. The fucking nude and sex mods in almost every collection are really driving me insane. Those people need to touch some fucking grass.
holy shit where was this video in my feed yesterday. I spent about 4 hours installing mods and making them the right order and load them correctly. No regrets but I am more than happy to throw away all the effort for this thank you so much!! I am so happy I found this/you.
I'm glad these 'modpacks' are becoming better and more popular. I'll never use them since I build my LO around my specific likes and needs. But for most people who don't want to spend hours perfecting a LO these are fantastic. And maybe it'll bring some more people into the modding community.
@@AndysTake To be honest, I noticed a lot of mods I already use in this pack. MCO or AMCO is high on my list. It gets rid of ice skating, adds new animations, allows you to add custom animations (For Honor animations are my fav), and makes combat feel very crisp. Also I recently switched from immersive citizens to AI overhaul, it's much more lightweight and compatible.
I was just thinking I wanted to go for another skyrim run, but instead of spending 3 days modding and then playing for 4 hours and forgetting about it, I wanted to like ... actually play the game lol. So yeah this video got suggested at the literal perfect time for me, thank you for showcasing this!
I was playing Vanilla when one of my followers and the dog got stuck on a mission and I couldn't recover them at all, then I checked a random video with some mods and reached Nexus Mods. I am installing this collection right now and it did fire me up to start this game from scratch again, thank you.

Setting it up so it works right is a lot of work. But the recently implemented Collections system in Nexus is brilliant.
Mine keeps crashing whenever I try to load or start a new game. Just gets stuck in the infinite main menu screen. The music still plays. Technically it doesn’t crash, it just doesn’t start. Any help?
I spent a whole week, during my free time, making my own modlist; struggled for a while with a snow mesh issue and dual wield block. gave up, decided to look for a decent enough overhaul, simple to install. Thanks for the recommendation man, will surely scratch my itch to play Skyrim after so many years.

Curated carefully, and updated regularly so that you can make use of it on the current skyrim version. Which doesn't sound like a big deal, but with how Bethesda split the modding community into 3 game versions (pre AE, AE 1.6.353 and AE 1.6.640) it's actually kind of a huge deal. It makes for an amazing starting point for advanced users, OR as a one stop ready and go for a newer player.

I’m super new to modding and pc gaming in general. I tried recently but couldn’t get it to work. Probably a stupid question, but do I still need LOOT and SKSE if I’m downloading this mod list?

What a great video. I just returned your Skyrim and just started downloading a few mods through vortex. It’s kind of confusing to know what separate mods to install to get it all updated. This video has convinced me to do it this way and start afresh. Thanks a ton!
So I downloaded this last night, and so far…. I’ve never had a modded play through run so smooth. It’s really an RPG players wet dream. The shard system is so fun (I’m so used to the old alternative start mod). Currently doing a necromancer/conjuror build. I was able to take serious debuffs like enemies doing 25% more physical damage to me and an increase 10% chance of critical hit on me, -25% stealth, power attacks take more stamina. But I start off being able to summon 3 minions, eventually with perks I can get up to 6 by end game and if I want to take more debuffs I can get up to 9. And I can learn magic 50% faster (conjugation 70% faster) and I regenerate magic 50% faster. I can really roleplay as incredibly fragile, summons reliant castor.. Thank you so much for this!
For me Modpacks take away that insane feeling that I get while modding, that I am creating my own version of the game. But it is awesome that they exist and that they make the modding community more accessible
This is pretty cool, great to see some effort put into this mod list. Crashing has always been a problem... So glad to see this. I might give this a go. Ive kinda sorta been wanting to get back into Skyrim but updating game/mods/skse can be daunting and tedious, thanks for this video
Woah...might actually try this and get a membership for Nexus just to download this collection. I recently used a Fallout 4 collection and it has made the modding experience a lot easier. And that was even me going through and installing each mod (as well as adding a few others that weren't in the collection). I just remember long hours of modding a Bethesda open world RPG only for when it was finally time to sit down and play one of two things happen: 1) Something is broken and unfixable because I rushed the process or 2) It took me so long that I play for a couple hours and never touch it.
I've been meaning to come back and play skyrim... THANK YOU. Currently installing this, and I can't wait to get into the game now. :D So freaking excited!!
I've recommended it to long time players and new modders. Modlist is pretty great and really creates aN immersive atmosphere for such a classic game. Highly well curated list.
As much as I would like to just install 400 mods with ONE CLICK, I actually enjoy installing mod to mod. Getting to make the Mods to work together. It fun and annoying at the same time but I enjoy it.
@@thebuddhasmiles I do this too lol. Or I'll mod it for a week get it perfect and then move on to something else only to return when all the mods are outdated lol
Liking this. Having curators on a mod list is pretty unheard of and they should really be thanked. There's a lot here to like, including catering for all pc capability, within reason. The only part I'm not really a fan of is 3rd person combat. Everyone should be able to pick first or third as they like but the mods seem to be orientated for third person combat, a format I find completely unintuitive and immersion breaking, afterall I don't look at myself from across the room as I type this comment. There's a new mod just released that deals with first person, even on a horse, as a warewolf or vampire. I'd love to see this added in. Even without this though, this is a great mod list. Thanks for highlighting it.
Installed it after seeing this video. Im currently at 30ish hours, such a fantastic mod list. I've had no issues and no crashes. Its really great not having to mod skyrim for the 1000th time 😂
I used the immersive mod pack. I'm not really a modder myself so it was really nice having someone else able to do it for me. I did add some extra stuff like equipment physics, hair physics for npcs and a few combat/idle/run sprint and jump animations.
I am using Immersive & Pure and have to say it is awesome. Not only does it work really well, there are tons of options that allow for customization. I didn't like target lock for example so I turned it off.
@themelon7112 I don't remember how I did it but if you have more than one enemy it makes the fight much harder, for me anyway. I'm using the Sivegarde collection now.
By the Nine Divines. I do not know there's this....collectibles mod, basically a compilation of Mods that can be installed by a single click. You win my man. You just got a like and subscriber.
This mod made me wanna play Skyrim all over for the 40th time, and still loving every minute. Tho the devs may not always deliver, the fanbase always will
Great video. ❤ I use most of these mods but will still check the link to see what I don't have. These mods really do give Skyrim a new breath of fresh air. Enjoy!
Does this also apply to companion mods? Those are some of my favorite mods and I'm hesitant to pull the trigger simply because I love having a Skyrim full of people I can find, help and adventure with.
@@davidrosensin7985 Yeah, just install the collection first, then add the companion mods ONE AT A TIME so if there are any conflicts, they're easy to fix. I have the Epic version and I still added Buxom Wench Yuriana, Undeath, DCA, and several other armor and companion mods and I'm still only at 240 active plugins.
@@ruleoftwo6550 Sweet swe4et. I remember way back when I downloaded a bunch...like a BUNCH of them and spent days trying to merge them so I didn't go over mod limit... I appreciate the reply, sir!

@Andy's Take... Good vid. Like many people I spent a lot of time over the years collecting what turned out to be an enormous amount of mods for Skyrim. From 'survival' style mods like Frostfall and Realistic Needs to Immersive Armours to full graphic overhauls. Perdiodically I would return to Skyrim to dive back into one of my favourite fantasy adventures. The mod collection in your vid does indeed look awesome and I will give it a go at some point. D
Wow, this is a crazy collection! Congratulations and thank you for this great work! If I wanted the collection translated into Spanish.... I would have to look for your translation one by one..... Thanks again!
After 1200 hours moding Skyrim only to be 5 hrs in and have all my companions fall through the floor to be trapped in a void and never returning I uninstalled the game. I guess I'll try it out.
You had me at “you can pick up the dragon stone from bleak falls barrow which allows us to skip all those first quests entirely”. Bro I can’t explain to you how much I HATED climbing that god damn mountain wasting all the draugrs on every new playthrough
Also, this collection is obsolete UNLESS you specifically want the Pure version with virtually zero adult content. The collection author himself stated that too many modern mod frameworks came out after he created his first collection and that said collection was made with a potato computer in mind. The new collection uses the new modding frameworks (They're amazing btw), and utilizes better PC hardware. The creator of this collection has his magnum opus now, called Immersive & Epic Realms Of Nirn. It absolutely curb stomps Immersive & Pure/Adult. It uses Nemesis instead of FNIS. Which allows for all those badass looking modernized combat mods to work. All FNIS based mods will work with Nemesis (except creature sex mods from LL). To makes things even better, all the other "expansion" collections that people made to add stuff to Immersive & Pure/Adult are baked into I&E. This was done because most of these expansion collections were abandoned at some point.
I just downloaded it two weeks ago. Shit has been flawless for me outside of a few bugs that had me restart the game but I haven’t had issues. Even added some combat mods to it.
Thank you so much for this awesome video! Had no idea there were mod collections to streamline the modding of the game. Will be trying this out for sure! You have earned a sub from me!
its a colllection, meaning its a compilation of mods which the majority is made by other author (not the creator of the collection) I think its cool and very welcome to those who wanna play Skyrim modded without all the hasle, but the way you describe the collection in the video sounded like the changes that this collection make is because of the collection it self, rather than the actual mod author who created the individual mods could've at least give the original mod author credit by mentioning the original mods name, for example rather than saying "this collection makes you start in realm of lorkan" you could've said "this collection contains the mod named 'Realm of Lorkhan' by (mod author name) which makes you start at lorkan's realm blablabla" if I'm the original mod author, I think I would've feel a bit disappointed that all credit goes to the collection cmiiw, but either way I still think that collection is a great ide from nexus and brining skyrim modding more mainstream is always a good thing, I just think its not fair to the original mod author if its continued to be marketed this way
The Realm of Lorkhan is actually made by the Collection authors themselves :) other than that, I believe it's understood that a mod collection like this has potentially hundreds of authors, and that the "author" of the collection, the curator, is not the author of every individual mod. Cheers.
Exactly my thoughts. A good video but credit for the changes being highlighted should go to the original mod authors. The presentation gives the impression that the mod collection creator has done all the work.
@@makphone2107 The collection creator works closely with a lot of the modders whose mods are used. Some of them remade their mods specifically to work in this collection without issues. Anyone who goes to the collection page on Nexus will see the credits there.
I can't recommended it even for a non-modder of Skyrim. Modlist is kind of trash and doesn't really create a immersive atmosphere for such a classic game. Highly subjective list.
@@LinksBetweenDrinks Is the modlist compatible with another modlist from MO or Vortex in the same game? Or can be customized to function together? My gripe is all about the mods that didn't make your modlist.
Immersive and pure is such a nice stable collection for me. I don’t crash. I can actually enjoy the game as mod creators have engineered it. Immersive and adult just isn’t for me - I don’t need the game to be sexy. Personal preference - if adult works as good as pure and that’s your thing - you’re in for a treat if it’s as stable as pure - go for it. Modding has come a long way since I last played Skyrim about 12 years ago. Glad my nexus account premium is still active.
The issue with collections on Nexus is they dont work. Premium member or not . If your not a computer science expert they dont work. Every collection has something missing you download it and it doesnt work. Nexus wont help you. The instructions assume you are a expert. These videos are a waste of your time. I will happily say my bad if sowmone can tell me gow to make it actually work.

The first time I used it I had no issues at all. Now several months later and I've spent the whole day trying to get the full mod pack working properly. Even went as far as to uninstall all mods and reinstall them just to face the same problems again.
Im currently replaying Skyrim on legendary difficulty with the official survival mode (i plan to finish collecting all steam achievements) but after that, im definitely playing this collection!
the character creation looks amazing. reminds me of daggerfall with the way you can give yourself disadvantages in order to give yourself more advantages
Yeah, I just spent 4 hours clicking download every couple of seconds. But it's completely worth it. Probably gonna go premium at some point now that I realize Mod Collections are a thing and that I can have different mod profiles on Vortex. Gonna explore this for other games :)

For people that just found this amazing mod collection , just to let you know there is this program called Wabbajack that has mod collections too but with MO2
6:25 That scene with the dragon at Helgen is the VANILLA scene you get, triggered by standing near the Helgen gate (usually would be on your way out of Helgen not into it though) so that's not actually a "feature" of the mod.
This is a clean example of how games should be made. I have never seen an RPG that is over 10 years old kick this much ass. How many games get this much acclaim? Ill never forget Morrowind coming out and the hype and air around that game. I am currently going through Fallout 3 then Skyrim.
If you plan on modding your games with collections I would highly consider just getting premium, it can take 4 hours or more while requiring your to click the next mod every few seconds, or it can take 2-3 hours for bigger collections with no attention required.
Just so you know my friend, in the games they smoke skooma, not drink it. I can't remember if they removed them or not but in Morrowind and Oblivion there were skooma pipes all over the place, just FYI.
Bethesda is one of luckiest Devs company... If it where NOT for the ABSOLUTELY Insane Modding community aroudn their games, i doubt that Beth would have been so famous/knowed for so long...
I downloaded the adult version of this cuz my skyrim mod list was always around 250+ mods and I used to run it on a 2080 super I upgraded my mobile and home gaming setups to the 30 series cards and I saw this collection and it was a 1 click download and it did exactly as the OP in the video said one click and if you're premium it does it all on its own and gives you very clear instructions even at the end it has some optional mods if you run the anniversary edition as well. Definitely give this collection a try my friends

I've been meaning to come back and play skyrim... THANK YOU. Currently installing this, and I can't wait to get into the game now. :D So freaking excited!!
Hope you enjoy it! :D
Ah yes the fellow modder.
In all seriousness I love modding for 16 hours and then playing for 3 hours and then picking new mods to add.
Its really great not having to mod skyrim for the 1000th time 😂
I've had only 1 CTD and yes I installed this on a fresh install of the game, so I dont know must've been a fluke
Bro you're my savior. Im don't want waste my time on moding anymore. You deserve like
Never thought I would see someone be amazed by Alduin flying away from Helgen when you visit it in an alternate start mod.
I didn't like target lock for example so I turned it off.
i dont know how to ghet target lock to work?
@themelon7112 I don't remember how I did it but if you have more than one enemy it makes the fight much harder, for me anyway.
I'm using the Sivegarde collection now.
this was the best commercial to purchase a nexus premium membership that ive ever seen
Subbed and liked. Thanks for the content ❤
Thank you for the kind words, Sky! :)
By the Nine Divines. I do not know there's this....collectibles mod, basically a compilation of Mods that can be installed by a single click. You win my man. You just got a like and subscriber.
This mod made me wanna play Skyrim all over for the 40th time, and still loving every minute. Tho the devs may not always deliver, the fanbase always will
The devs delivered 12 years ago dude. They need to make a new game
This mod collection brought a whole new experience when playing this game, love playing nonstop.
I've installed Revision 78 of I&A (Immersive & Adult) together with the EA optional mods. It's sick af!
EA optional mods?
@@davidrosensin7985 yea care to elaborate a bit more on that?
Great video. ❤
I use most of these mods but will still check the link to see what I don't have.
These mods really do give Skyrim a new breath of fresh air.
Enjoy!
The other great thing about this collection is that you can add quest mods like Death Consumes All and the Rigmor series.
@@davidrosensin7985 believe me. I understand. But these have all the patches and things you need.
Full disclosure, it will take a while to install (depending on your PC specs); but it's nothing compared to the time and hassle of the old way.
@@ruleoftwo6550 Yeah, I'm not really surprised...plus I don't have Nexus Premium so I'll have to click them individually as well...
this was a great video! im a very casual modder and dont have time to organize 400+ mods myself. you just saved me some serious time!!!
Thank you for this wonderful video
My pleasure, erfan :)
Thank you. Because of you i finally redowloaded skyrim after many years
i cant find immersive and adult in nexus most downloaded collection? am i missing something i find all of other adult collection and i&a expansion collections but i didnt find immersive and adult, someone help idk how many collection nexus hide from me
Yes I have been waiting for something like this! Thanks :D
I tried to install but it says my version is different from 1.6.6
Dude I absolutely love you do you know how long I've been trying to do this for myself and failing bad. where have u been all my life
@Andy's Take...
D
Awesome DD! I hope you like it!
This is perfect, I've missed playing Skyrim, but ive been dreading and too lazy to relearn how to and redownload mods. Amazing!
The immersive collection was definitely worth the 5€
I'm 40% in the downloads and I am really considering this
Wow, this is a crazy collection!
This is the sole reason I installed skyrim for the 100th time xD
I don't need to use hours to find and install mods myself!
Thanks for the video man!
Increíble, después de años me hace querer volver esos buenos días de juventud jugando Skyrim por la tarde, jaja
Awesome video bro!
You had me at “you can pick up the dragon stone from bleak falls barrow which allows us to skip all those first quests entirely”.
Bro I can’t explain to you how much I HATED climbing that god damn mountain wasting all the draugrs on every new playthrough
Right?!?
I was excited to download this pack until I realized the author ditched it about 8 months ago😭
didn’t ditch it, mods need to be updated before the collection can be, collection author isn’t the mod author for everything
I think "Pure" is a bit misleading. Shouldn't need a nudity warning if "Immersive and Pure' was actually....you know, pure.
Thank you I have been looking for a showcase of this list
its a colllection, meaning its a compilation of mods which the majority is made by other author (not the creator of the collection)
I think its cool and very welcome to those who wanna play Skyrim modded without all the hasle, but the way you describe the collection in the video sounded like the changes that this collection make is because of the collection it self, rather than the actual mod author who created the individual mods
could've at least give the original mod author credit by mentioning the original mods name, for example rather than saying "this collection makes you start in realm of lorkan" you could've said "this collection contains the mod named 'Realm of Lorkhan' by (mod author name) which makes you start at lorkan's realm blablabla"
if I'm the original mod author, I think I would've feel a bit disappointed that all credit goes to the collection
cmiiw, but either way I still think that collection is a great ide from nexus and brining skyrim modding more mainstream is always a good thing, I just think its not fair to the original mod author if its continued to be marketed this way
The Realm of Lorkhan is actually made by the Collection authors themselves :) other than that, I believe it's understood that a mod collection like this has potentially hundreds of authors, and that the "author" of the collection, the curator, is not the author of every individual mod.
@@ogxboxmike That's great and I've no issue with the collection, just the way it's presented in the video.
This is awesome thank you! I've wanted something like this forever, simple and easy to do. Now if only there was one for Fallout 4.

Bro, the game version for me is higher than the recommended one, is that okay?
i fucking love skyrim so much, im so happy that this community exists
I can't recommended it even for a non-modder of Skyrim. Modlist is kind of trash and doesn't really create a immersive atmosphere for such a classic game. Highly subjective list.
I'm sorry you feel that way. We've worked very hard on it; are there any notes or suggestions you would give us?
@@LinksBetweenDrinks Is the modlist compatible with another modlist from MO or Vortex in the same game? Or can be customized to function together? My gripe is all about the mods that didn't make your modlist.
@@POWERUP88A Some people are just never happy lol
@@ogxboxmike Enjoy Skyrim without Frostfall, Hunterborn and every other classic mod left out
Immersive and pure is such a nice stable collection for me.
Even went as far as to uninstall all mods and reinstall them just to face the same problems again.
are you standing still at the start without moving at all when first loading up?
that is something else bro , seems like an amazing work , will have to try it asap
Thank you for helping me find this! I was close to installing nolvus but when I saw it needed a third of my ssd I backed out lol.
I downloaded it today and played. It’s friggin amazing
how do you gegt the old version to be able to play it?
@@watoworlddowngrade
Plz oh plz just tell me, you downgraded to what version??
Im currently replaying Skyrim on legendary difficulty with the official survival mode (i plan to finish collecting all steam achievements) but after that, im definitely playing this collection!
greeting brother, our adventure is about to begin again hehehe
the character creation looks amazing. reminds me of daggerfall with the way you can give yourself disadvantages in order to give yourself more advantages
The collection is almost up to 500 mods now. I'm pretty excited to see the gameplay after installing.
Just found the video. Thanks man. Also from my post he just updated 7 minutes ago to go with what you said about him updating.
The Nexus membership is beyond worth it for the unlocked download speed. Makes downloading mods far faster.
I mean create the problem & sell the solution right?
@@DroopyLoops I was just thinking that.
Nice try Todd, maybe next time
@@jojothepro15 Aaaaaaahhh you got me!!! Can’t sly my way into all your wallets!
if you never modded skyrim it's a very good way to start, this package have a lot a good content, i'm impressed!
Yeah, I just spent 4 hours clicking download every couple of seconds. But it's completely worth it. Probably gonna go premium at some point now that I realize Mod Collections are a thing and that I can have different mod profiles on Vortex. Gonna explore this for other games :)
I've dabbled with mods for about 4 years now and never realized collections were this simple. Definitely makes life/modding so much easier.
I spent around 4 hours doing the same and then just accidentally deleted the collection and now I have to again ...
This mod collection is sick and I am in love with it.
Thank God I got The Lifetime premium membership for nexus.
I will never create my own modlist anymore. I am so thankful for all the collection/ modlist creators. 🙏🏾🙏🏾
Same here!
brooo if you guys read this this pack is worth it it makes everything so easy and there is no clean up thank you so much for showing this off i added meeko un-armoured husky, magical college of winterhold, and immersive armor and weapons but every other mod i loved was there youre the best for this showcase. oh P.S. this modpack adds more quest that i loved and are better than what bethesda gave us
Does it add more quests?
thanks a lot, you were the only one that realy helped me to mod skyrim!
Thank you for this video! I started my Skyrim adventure again!
