You should check out Carpet Detail. Its 7 ph and works on virtually everything to upholstery to tile and grout. Its my most used product. Have you tryed it ?
Hi I am starting a cleaning company in illinois and I want to incorporate carpet cleaning can you please teach us all about pre spray mixing and what product to use for,what also how you come up with pricing
Can I use any of these "pro" level chemicals just for a regular DIY cleaning using a cheapo residential upright carpet cleaner extractor? Was thinking i could mix up a pre spray in a hand pump sprayer, pretreat, agitate and extract with my upright, and rinse. What are your thoughts, for just in between cleanings in a home, since I cant really afford to get a professional out here more than once every 2 years or so. I know you probably dont recommend using cheap over the counter soapy mixes because it leaves residue behind. But if I do a proper rinse afterwards? Half way decent results maybe? Obviously I'm not going to get perfection like you can, but it might be "good enough" :) what are your thoughts? I don't have any heavy staining, just regular dirt/grime/road salt from kids and pets. Maybe get an enzyme spray for the pet accident spots and hit the rest with a general carpet pre spray? Any suggestions? Edit: oh yeah, carpets are less than 4 years old only, about 1/2" high pile carpet, not super thick pile just taller pile, tightly twisted fibers, from Mohawk. Pretty decent condition for the most part except for I'm wanting to try to restore the high traffic areas that are very matted and fibers are looking fuzzy in some spots. I'm not sure if it's from damage from friction or a low quality vacuum, I'm not sure there's much I can do for the fuzzy tips, but the matted parts I'd like to try to restore if possible. But otherwise just looking for a pre spray for "general" use.

+BURJUAZYA I use pro fresh but always remember deodorizer is a water based product & will do nothing to pet odor or any odor. 2 ways to remove pet odors 1. Enzyme or 2. Use a water claw and extract it out. Bonnetpro waste away is by far the best emyzme I've ever used.
Bigg Dee Couldnt agree more. In my opinion vacaway has the best chemicals. Hot knife extreme, spot n boost, and when all else fails the Blend n Mend is awesome.
