An interesting tidbit I read years ago regarding instinctive archery... introducing movement such as sidestepping or movement via horseback helps tap the left brain creative side to assist in accuracy of instinctive shooting
Had one of these bows for a few months now, also at 40lb. My other bow is a 40lb black hunter longbow. Checked the weights at my draw at 28" black hunter comes in at 42lb and the ILF recurve at 38lb. Recurve is very smooth to draw, but the grip doesn't feel quite right to me. The recurve is heavy in the hand and the longbow very light. I prefer the black hunter grip, the black hunter also shoots the same arrows faster with a flatter trajectory. Both good bows, enjoy shooting both of them but at the moment shooting a bit better with the longbow. Again great video Jeff, giving me a few thoughts. God bless you brother.
Just checked the brace height on my recurve, was only 6". Changed it to around 7and a half, higher poundage, faster shoots much more consistently and much quieter. Different bow altogether, much more accurate. Just have to work on my consistency! Thanks Jeff. Simple over sight on my part.
I watched this when it 1st came out and it got me a little intrigued. Now, I have watched a couple more times and ordered a TBow this morning. This will be my 1st ILF. I think this will be a nice addition while I work on my bow building skills.
Awesome! You’ll really like it especially with an upgraded string like a TTT and a little silencing material like Velcro where the limbs make contact with the riser but awesome bows for sure! You can use any of the Satori how to videos on it because it’s the exact same 👍🏻
@@instinctiveaddictionarcher8998 it came on Saturday, got it set up and it was a hammer, but that stock string sounded like it came off a broken piano., so it sat the rest of the weekend. It easily outshoots my 45# Grizzly. I’d recommend this thing in a heartbeat.

The great time saver is being a subscriber. I get Jeff's videos on my notifications screen & most of the time i cant watch them. But as soon as I'm in a quiet place @ 🏡 i do. No scrolling through a bunch of crap that is out there to find the real deal. One arrow per target is the best instinctive trainimg u will get. I have a 3D range in the summer that's in thick cover & the best time to shoot it is midday. U cant see my four 3D targets from the ground. So i go up the 🌳 & when I'm tied in i pull up my recurve with the 4 arrows in a tube. I go through effort to do this but once i have a setup dialed in one arrow per target has made me better as an Archer & Hunter. If I want to get reps in for stronger muscle memory i shoot from the ground with double stacked foam targets strapped together on a platform. I put 5 small stickers on each target.

Top archery I e mail them and never get a response nor Bosen bows. I like to get info from these companies but it's hard to reach. Have you ever shot the samick discovery r3 limbs in carbon foam and what are your thoughts?
Hey Jeff, If I buy the TBOW 19" aluminum riser and go over to Amazon and buy the Toparchery 40# ILF limbs, what will my AMO length be? (for new Flemish twist string) Thanks.
I prefer Chinese bows that are designed and branded by US Archery companies like Lancaster or Three Rivers. Then I don't feel so bad because most of the money stays in country. The Galaxy and TradTech lines by Lancaster Archery are excellent bows and not rip off clones. I own the 21" ILF Galaxy Artemis and the 19" ILF TradTech Trident. Love them both! I prefer the wood riser Trident for hunting. I have four sets of TradTech BlackMax 2.0 limbs from 35-50 lbs.
Yes sir and a lot of people don’t realize that 3rivers and Lancaster have to pay a 15% federal excise tax on every order that goes back into our economy 👍🏻
I've been shooting and talking about this Toparchery TABOW "Satori" for a year, and the Hoyt guys don't like it. 🤣🤣🤣❤️ Edit: It's not TBOW. Its TABOW. People keep misreading the "A" for a "B". And if you think those black Toparchery limbs are good, wait until you upgrade to their wood grain limbs that are fiberglass, over carbon with the bamboo core. They run about $110 (Amazon) alone, no riser.
I don't have an issue with the Chinese bows, except for the direct copy clones. Plenty of good ones out there that aren't pirated designs.

That's what I'm wondering. Tbow or top archery?
Sir would you prefer to hunt with this bow or Sanlida Royal X8 recurve?
For hunting the Royal X8 would definitely be my choice!
I’m on the fence about buying a new bow. Do you prefer the Tbow over the Hermit?
Absolutely not
The Hermit is way better!
Thanks for your reply!
@@jleturgez78 yes sir! The TBOW is good but the Hermit 10 is far advanced in quality and performance.
I pulled the trigger on it and ordered one. They sent me a confirmation email and ask where I had heard about them, so I told them it was your channel.
Thank again.
Hi Jeff, what glove do you use?
A BearPaw Classic 👍🏻
Top archery I e mail them and never get a response nor Bosen bows. I like to get info from these companies but it's hard to reach.
Have you ever shot the samick discovery r3 limbs in carbon foam and what are your thoughts?
@@bradlauber9097 you will hear back from Sanlida! They’re way different than the other companies and have excellent customer service!
What kind of string silencers are those
Spider legs trimmed off 👍🏻
Thanks
Hey Jeff, If I buy the TBOW 19" aluminum riser and go over to Amazon and buy the Toparchery 40# ILF limbs, what will my AMO length be? (for new Flemish twist string) Thanks.
@@gcmoore5987 62” 👍🏻

Wich Tbow exactly i heard they werent safe
@@sweetzola6140 If you go with a Sanlida Hermit 10 you won’t have to worry about anything, they cost a little more but miles ahead on pure quality.

Edit:
It's not TBOW. Its TABOW. People keep misreading the "A" for a "B". And if you think those black Toparchery limbs are good, wait until you upgrade to their wood grain limbs that are fiberglass, over carbon with the bamboo core. They run about $110 (Amazon) alone, no riser.
I bought a TBOW and changed the string to a Flemish string and consistent shot after consistent shot
Absolutely!
Amen
It's a 62" recurve?
Yes sir 👍🏻
Ok, thanks. it seems to be a bit noisy. @@instinctiveaddictionarcher8998
