How many turns in or out on the limb bolts???

I just purchased a couple satori’s and one of them is having an issue with the bottom limb fitting. It will go in and come out but it’s a lot of work to make it happen. What would you recommend to do? Is a a me thing or should I contact Hoyt?

Great video ,but one correction. Metric is the Standard.There is no scales with Metric and Standard 🤣
