Man, I love how all the paper characters really feel like OCs that could have been sketched in the notebook! And, from reading the comments, apparently they are? Unbelievable! Can’t wait to find out more about this place, and the people in it.

A charming concept with interesting 2D and 3D animation combination! My only observation is in the audio, sometimes I don't understand what the characters are saying because it's too low. But it is understandable 'cause it's the pilot and a big project too. Hope to see more about Paper World soon, keep working hard!

The voices are really quiet compared to the music and sfx, the dialogues are alright but could do with a bit more energy, and the visuals are good. Overall, 7/10 pilot. Neat.

Bro, this was the best animation that i've seen in a while, gotta say my favourite was the scenes of the book at the end, that delivered like a order in a my doorstep, sweet and subtle.
Dang Ashley's mom really screwed her over. I know this is for plot reasons but when your child is nowhere to found, don't you have anything better to do than to close a book ? Especially when it's stained. Even while not knowing that it's a portal to a magical world, closing a book with a big ink stain on it isn't a good idea since it could spread to the other pages. I mean I personally wouldn't mind this world so much considering that reality sucks and I wouldn't care so much that I can't leave (or more like I would try to not think about it too much and just focus on getting used to this new life), but still I feel bad for Ashley.

I would just like to say they I really appreciate the attention to detail. The fact that Ashley mostly draws with a pen and ink and I'm assuming most of the time she doesn't color her illustrations. So the fact that the paper world mostly consists of paper texture and black ink is a really cool detail! Especially since I can also relate to it since I only use a pencil and never usually color my drawings. I love the nostalgic vibe the world gave off and I really hope that you continue to turn this indie show into a reality!🦈💙 (sorry for my bad grammar)

I rewatched the pilot and... I like it much more now! Yeah, like... 4 months have passed already... oh well! Seriously! The pilot is interesting and memorable. Yeah... the format of getting into an alternative world is not new, but still an interesting project. I'm glad that independent animation is still alive on TH-cam! By the way... just now I noticed a reference at the 4th minute... Beastars... at least because of this reference it's worth writing a comment. Incredible work, keep up the good work!
It's really incredible you made your own animated pilot! Indie animators rise up! My only critique is that the audio quality could use some work, some of the microphones sound quite low quality

Ok i absolutely LOVE this with every fiber of my being. The concept for the story is actually pretty cool, and i ABSOLUTELY wanna see more The characters (particularly the main paper 3 as I'm gonna call em) are really cool, and kinda remind me of jax and ragatha from the amazing digital circus (one of my current hyper fixations) The animation style actually looks pretty cool, and fun to watch. Especially since from what i saw in the comments, y'all made this on flipaclip!? DANG! the voice acting was good too, could use a bit of work, maybe speak up a bit more loudly cuz i kimda couldn't hear what was going on, and sounded more like whispers at times, but overall not bad All I've got to say is that y'all have got me HOOKED
How to make a Bacon and Cheese Omelette Grilled Cheese Sandwich Omelette. Take 3 Organic Pete and Gerry eggs and mix them with a small amount of milk. Then, put the mixture into a 10 inch round frying pan. Put the lid of the frying pan on and set the heat to 5/med. Wait until the mixture is fully cooked (no raw/wet spots whatsoever). Now, put a reasonable amount of cheddar cheese onto the cooked egg mixture. You can also put bacon with the cheese if that’s what you prefer. After, fold the omelette once (it should look like a semicircle). Now, take the omelette out of the pan for now. Grilled Cheese. Take two slices of Publix Brioche bread and spread some lightly salted butter or mayo on one side of each slice of bread. Then put a slice of Vermont cheddar cheese on the opposite sides of the bread slices. Put the omelette in between the bread slices (the butter and cheese should be connected to the bread during this process. Now, put this sandwich onto the same pan. Cook each side to your liking, whether it’s perfectly cooked or not. After you are done cooking it, cut it down the middle so that there are to triangle slices of grilled cheese. Enjoy

Hey! This is a pretty good pilot for one person. My only tip is maybe get smoother audio quality, and maybe eventually you’ll get a team and better software! It’s a great story and has great potential. Also 7:17 eyes be givin me pomni vibes.

The characters (particularly the main paper 3 as I'm gonna call em) are really cool, and kinda remind me of jax and ragatha from the amazing digital circus (one of my current hyper fixations)

the voice acting was good too, could use a bit of work, maybe speak up a bit more loudly cuz i kimda couldn't hear what was going on, and sounded more like whispers at times, but overall not bad

How to make a Bacon and Cheese Omelette Grilled Cheese Sandwich
Omelette. Take 3 Organic Pete and Gerry eggs and mix them with a small amount of milk. Then, put the mixture into a 10 inch round frying pan. Put the lid of the frying pan on and set the heat to 5/med. Wait until the mixture is fully cooked (no raw/wet spots whatsoever). Now, put a reasonable amount of cheddar cheese onto the cooked egg mixture. You can also put bacon with the cheese if that’s what you prefer. After, fold the omelette once (it should look like a semicircle). Now, take the omelette out of the pan for now.
Grilled Cheese. Take two slices of Publix Brioche bread and spread some lightly salted butter or mayo on one side of each slice of bread. Then put a slice of Vermont cheddar cheese on the opposite sides of the bread slices. Put the omelette in between the bread slices (the butter and cheese should be connected to the bread during this process. Now, put this sandwich onto the same pan. Cook each side to your liking, whether it’s perfectly cooked or not. After you are done cooking it, cut it down the middle so that there are to triangle slices of grilled cheese.
