i might got confuse but why , when i use the right hand rule for the Mz , I get my finger to curls , the other way ? ;-; . like my thumb pointing upwards , it suppose to go from left to right isnt it
In combined loading problem, are we considering a 2D element on the surface of the member or a 3D stress element? I am getting confused on what the orientation of the element chosen is and how the stresses act on that element.
