    Just Amazing Sir! Do you have such Explanation for Strain transformation--> Chapter 10 and Chapter 12 -->Deflection of Beams?

    Why do we need that particular angle? Is it because that's the angle in which the material is strongest?

      That is the angle that it will fail because forces are the strongest along that angle.

    is it always a perfect circle? What if the max shear stress is stronger or weaker? Then it wouldn't be a perfect circle.

      It is always a perfect circle. If the shear stress was larger or smaller, it would just be a bigger or smaller circle.
