I also use Rust-Oleum high gloss white in the cluster housing makes the gauges 10x brighter!!!

I usually get a spray can of fluorescent orange spray paint or safety paint and spray a little bit into a cup (Let it dry out a little to thicken up.) and use an 'art' or model paint brush. Meguiers actually makes a plastic lens polish. Good tip, it DOES make a huge difference because it's something you're looking at all the time whether you notice it or not. The other thing is dust gets behind the lens and diffuses the light at night making them hard to read.

Good steady hand. My go-to is Reynolds Parchment Sheets for detail work like this. If prepared for the f'up golden. Not preparing.. well yeah you know what happens. Good call on the polish. Meguiar's Plast-X will clean-up most unless too far gone already.

The level of detail you apply to your projects is fantastic, Kyle. Too rushed and it looks like just that... too much time invested, you never get anything accomplished. The way you go about it is just about perfect. Excellent work, my man! As always, thanks for sharing. Cheers!

Looks good. Another option is Testors model car paint in flourescent orange for the needles. Used that stuff for years and it's a lot less expensive. Keep the videos coming

looks great. I suggest that anyone doing this slip a piece of paper behind the needle before painting. makes the job a lot easier and eliminates the possibility of ruining the face.
