    I loved fresh grass jelly with evaporated milk mixed with some sugar as a kid! Was (and still is) one of my favorite desserts!

      xxLastFan Evaporated milk? Excellent!!! I didn't think about it. It's better than coconut milk. Thanks for your idea.

    Trang, you can also serve this with honey as well instead of sugar, it tastes better

    When I saw the title I assumed you were going to juice some wheatgrass to make the jelly - I did not know they had grass gelatin packs. :) I will have to find some and give it a try.

      Hi Angela, fresh cincau leaves make an awesome grass jelly but difficult to find for most people. The powder packets are easier to buy and make. I hope you make some to enjoy! :)

    I made one today , but didn't add sugar while mixing it , because they didn't tell you to add Sugar while mixing the powder with water before in the instruction , it turned out not good , quite bitter for my liking , I may have to do it again with your instruction by adding some Sugar in it before cooking.

    I have a question. I heard of something called “grass jelly freeze” is it the same as this? Or is that different?

    In the package, there is a small clear plastic bottle containing clear liquid. What is the bottle for? It is marked as DAU CHUOI

      Very similar, it's vegetarian like agar agar
