Hi Angela, fresh cincau leaves make an awesome grass jelly but difficult to find for most people. The powder packets are easier to buy and make. I hope you make some to enjoy! :)
I made one today , but didn't add sugar while mixing it , because they didn't tell you to add Sugar while mixing the powder with water before in the instruction , it turned out not good , quite bitter for my liking , I may have to do it again with your instruction by adding some Sugar in it before cooking.

I loved fresh grass jelly with evaporated milk mixed with some sugar as a kid! Was (and still is) one of my favorite desserts!
