@TheConstruct_VR I've been using Moon VR Video Player in the meantime. It has similar features to Spatial TV but allows you to also play local media. Spatial TV does have a more polished mixed reality lighting effect.
@@TheConstruct_VR I watched your initial review and then decided that I just try it out myself - You’re right, this app is great! I only tried the new screen glow so far, but this already looks fantastic, so Spatial TV might actually replace Bigscreen as my go to streaming app. Also, I‘m glad that Road to VR article brought me to this great channel! You definitely got yourself a new subscriber 😀
@@luenicluke there’s nothing objectively better than virtual desktop because its capabilities cover both mixed reality desktop mirroring and gaming. As well as being able to tweak SO many things to fit your set up or fidelity preferences But I will say the free Steam Link app has gotten better and much more crispy with its super sampling and things. So if you’re just looking for wireless gaming it’s a no brainer to use it. And some games that may have compatibility issues with VD will usually work on Steam Link Hope that helps

Hey! Yes mine works fine. Go to settings and permissions and see if Spatial TV has permissions to location services. This is likely because services like Hulu need it to determine what shows it can show you

No, Spatial TV is a browser app so you can’t run another app inside this one. Unless stremio has some sort of browser based access, which I don’t think it does
@@hammad72 Nice. I don’t use it my self so i was only aware of the app. I’ll try it when i get back… I’m typically catching up on my Apple TV+ shows in it,… but the more options the better

Love this app. I can watch all of my streaming services with this one app. The lighting effects really add to the experience.
I'm looking forward to when it can play local files. Thanks for keeping us posted on these features.
@@cavedroid same local or even SMB share would be perfect.

@@cavedroid yep! Totally agree on the lighting effects. I’ll be working with them soon to show the people here.
Very cool. I like that they’re being considerate of their audience that way.

This is one of my top 5 VR channels ❤

Looks good and like it is a lot easier to use😅

Not related to this video, but do you think it’s good to get virtual desktop in 2024 for the quest 3?
Or is there something else better?

I hope it comes available to other platforms.
@@ShallowDepression I think it would be doable for any platform that has passthrough
@@TheConstruct_VR Interesting. When my Pimax Light turns up, I shall try it out. It looks like a worthy purchase.

I have set the permission on the Q3 for the app to precise location. Still it will not open the Hulu page
Also it’s just stuck on the Hulu welcome screen
