- We have been trying to develop a sustainable living, coexisting with nature. It's been almost four and half years and we have some work to share. Trying to answer frequently asked questions here:
It is located in the west of Ahmedabad.
Plot size around 110 X 50 Sq. Yds.
G+1 House construction is about (150 covered and 250 uncovered;) 400 Sq. Yds.
Landscaping and other (than main house construction) cost is about Rs. 2,500 / Sq. Yds.
Covered Construction cost is about Rs. 18,000 / Sq. Yds. and Uncovered is roughly half of it.
Interior cost is about Rs. 20,000 / Sq. Yds.

What you have done with the land is amazing. The house does look really nice, I just wonder how you keep a glass house like that cool in summer?
Yes, It was midway choice between great views from glass house and not letting it go too hot in summer. We used three layers, First is thick tree-line blocking direct Sunlight. Second using large balconies in east/west and third is using thick blackout curtains. however one of the room does get hot, and that's when we either choose to be in other rooms which are much cooler or take help of AirCon.

Can anything be done with a smaller 30000 sqft land ? a mud cottage to live, kids large play area somewhat like a desi crossfit martial arts yoga akhara studio and rest all organic farming open / polyhouse + Hens ?

It depends on the law of the land in your region, ours is Non-Agriculture land.

Hi Piyush, There are many trees that grows fast, however anything native is likely to grow faster, so check out with your local nursery. Here at Shoonya Farm Conocarpus, Cascabela Thevetia (Kaner/Karen) Peltophorum, have grown fast.

What's Autoimmune disease(all our own body cells first kills or distrub from all our side) & liver alcoholic cirrosis, Nutritional immune deficiency syndrome ( NIDS).
(Each one reach one with stress with freedom in good environment.
Stress is a much part of life.
When the mind is not in the brain how can run all our body organs.
There's no science at and all 🌍.
Every new born child is a genius but edit only converted in to the school.
Who's are the best world teacher means-All our mother's. )

Nowadays All Doctors ( Exept few doctors)treated report's & Not Patients.

Chemical Drugs including air pollution can damages to all our body organs.

It is located in West of Ahmedabad. This construction can be achieved in 1 year time. But we built is very leasurly, since we did not have any deadlines.

Hi Praneeth, Our plan was very simple and that was to compliment existing nature and surrounding. Paths were designed keeping existing trees in mind. house was keeping sun and wind directions, water body keeping contour levels and Parking space keeping visitors in mind. All plants were native. So it is meaningful plan for this specific piece of land but will not help otherwise. An architect can always help evolving right plan for you. 👍

Almost all trees and shrubs attracts one or another kind of birds and bees. They are attracted for flowers, fruits, insects, view points, water bodies and plants in it... Some on top of my head are, Tikoma, Piludi, Neem, Mango, Borsalli, Jasud, lilies, chiku, blueberries, Jamun...
