This is beautiful to see no matter your religion. Every one in the world can identify with the joy of having a life time dream fulfilled. Bless you all for being able to give this to him.
I'm not Muslim, don't 100% understand, but even I can see how important and happy his is to have this and they are to give this to him. This was a great moment indeed.
I was raised Christian here in the USA, and I just wanted to say how beautiful this video is. Tell Mustapha thank you for sharing his joy with us in the west.
Man, I got to wonder what Mustafa is thinking of these turn of events. Imagine that 10 years ago, he was just a normal shepherd living a simple life in Balochistan with nothing much going for him. And within 5 years he became a minor celebrity known to people all over the world. I must say Mustafa is one lucky man...
He's fought minor wars, apparently, given his description of fighting other tribes. And he wasn't an ordinary shepherd, everything he's been given to try are just aberrations of stuff already in his village!
"Nothing much going for him?" He has his honor, the respect of his family, friends, and village, his good health, a lifetime of wisdom, his religion, and his principles. Material wealth is the least important measure of success there is, when we really think about it. A man who has lived his entire life in contentment without the trappings of prosperity, who can find happiness in the smallest pleasures, like a new experience or a delicious dish he has never tried, has more going for him than most.
I'm so happy for mama Mustafa! I want to congratulate him 🥳 and I wanted to say thank you for Ali & Safia's hard work for making the Reactistan channel. You guys fulfilled the wishes of other people and at the same time, entertained us, viewers. ♥️🥰👏
That is Amazing!!! I know how important the Hajj is for Muslims. I hope he has an amazing spiritual journey and comes home with pictures and stories for friends and family!! 😊
Absolutely wonderful. Prayers for Mustafa and he is going on behalf of his viewers even if he does not know it! May he enjoy and be close to Allah. May he be blessed.
Seeing Mama Mustafa’s smile in this video made my heart sing. I don’t think I’ve ever seen him so happy. I’m so proud of the reactistan community for everything everyone has done to allow Mama Mustafa to go on his Hajj ❤️
In the U.K. when the power goes out we call it a blackout. In the Philippines it’s called a brownout. Visiting my wife’s family in a Provence in the Philippines whenever there is a brownout people aren’t too bothered - it’s more of a minor inconvenience. Once I was having so much fun in the great outdoors I didn’t realise there had been a brownout for several hours!
I didn't realise Mehboob is the same height as a Smurf! These guys are awesome, and what a lovely gift you have given Mama Mustafa! I'm not a religious person but it brings joy to the heart to see him so happy!
Its a big achievement for him and his family because without the support and donations from the viewers it will no be possible. It is the cost of travel that become part of the challenge. I wonder if there are other living people from his tribe that had done haj ?
This is such a wonderful and joyous time for Mama! I'm not of the Muslim faith, but from what I've read, this truly has to be the gift of a lifetime for him! I learned that this holy pilgrimage is something that most Muslim men (especially from small, rural villages) usually only dream of happening in their lifetime. What a gift and a blessing it is to know that Mama has promised to pray for all of us! Wishing Mama a truly blessed journey! 🙏🏻🕊💛
Thank You for giving Mustafa such a wonderful gift. This will be a great spiritual and religious experience for him, and I wish Him all the best on His journey. I'm sure it'll come as a big surprise to Mustafa how many people in the world, that wants Him to do his Hajj
WOW!~40 days! I think the journey and the experience along with so incredibly many people will be awe inspiring. I hope he has enough of everything he needs, especially funds so he does not do without a thing plus can obtain what he likes.
It is so cool to see his bare feet under the table. I like that you show all these processes, it is very interesting, especially now that we love all of you!
Nah, it wont be the most beautiful moment of his life. Itll only be the most beautiful so far (and even then, birth of his children or similar may just edge it out, but thats for Mama Mustafa to decide. ^^
Very nice. Can you maybe do a vlog about the various forms of the greetings used (the kissing of hands, Mama placing his hand on Safia's head)? Also, Mehboob seemed dressed as a priest - is he? All the others were in tribal clothes, but Ali was in western clothes - who wears what when?
Elder men of the family place their hand on women as token of respect. Wether family or not. They’re all wearing shalwar kameez, which is our national dress in Pakistan. From the Himalayas up north to the Arabian sea down south, you’ll see majority of the people wether men or women donning it. Yes, many in the cities wear western clothes, but shalwar kameez is worn by all. Mehboob is wearing headscarf, while others also cover their heads to protect themselves from heat or cold. The cap they wear is traditionally called Sindhi topi, but it’s widespread amongst the Balochi and Pashtun tribes as well. Mehboob is called “ Mullah” by Manzoor, which means a person who can lead prayers during prayer time. We Muslims pray 5 times a day. It starts when the sun is about to rise till sunset. We have the mosques call for prayers during that time. Some people go to the mosques, while others pray at home or elsewhere while travelling when the time comes. It is called Namaz. Islam is basically believing in one creator and believing all the messengers sent by Allah from Adam to the last prophet Muhammad Peace and blessings upon him. We Muslims believe in Jesus, Moses, Abraham, basically all the monotheistic religions. We believe in the miraculous birth of Jesus as was revealed in the last and final revelation sent by Almighty God through prophet Muhammad PBUH.
The kissing of hands is a common thing across the muslim world and the east. It is a form of respect and love almost entirely done by men, women probably have their own thing idk lol. But its a true show of brotherly love and respect.

Hajj is the Religious pilgrimage to Mecca, Saudi Arabia. One of the five pillars of the Islamic faith. Required if one can financially and physically do the pilgrimage. But it is difficult to obtain the visa required given the immense numbers of applicants from all over the Islamic world. Congratulations Mustapha!
I was thinking about visiting Pakistan. Unfortunately I've changed my mind. I have just discovered that Pakistan has the death penalty for blasphemy. No one should be put to death particularly for a ridiculous crime as blasphemy. I will respect your right to believe anything you want to but in no way will I agree with any country that thinks death is an acceptable penalty for anything particularly blasphemy.
Pakistan is 96% Muslim and the Quran is very strict about blasphemy so it's unfortunate but inevitable that this is codified into law. On the other hand, 68% of citizens polled said it should not be a crime, and the law is rarely enforced by the government, but vigilante mobs often take the law into their own hands. Unfortunate. But let's not tarnish this wonderful occurrence, cheers to all.
Pakistan is governed by religious Shariah law. Meaning it is a theocratic democracy- no place for atheists, gays, unmarried relationships etc. It is a jailable offense to be gay, and adultery is a capital crime (most likely only for women though!). The culture is rigidly Islamic. Definitely a risky place for your average liberal Westerner if they didn't pay attention to the customs and laws of the land. Not a place for a leftie lesbian feminist like myself, but then I wouldn't feel safe in rural Mississippi either! I am happy to watch Reactistan to learn about tribal Pakistan and to open my mind to our shared humanity. I see what Safia and Ali are trying to achieve and I applaud them.

I’m so happy for Mama Mustafa! I would love to see how his journey goes! Is anyone going with him?
Without his head coverings, the family resemblance between Mama and Manzoor is very evident.
If I ever come to Pakistan, I hope the Lady will help me to find a beautiful blue outfit like the one she is wearing!
It is so cool to see his bare feet under the table. I like that you show all these processes, it is very interesting, especially now that we love all of you!
did you guys film his journey for haji? like his reaction to flying and all the other stuff?
*Applause* 👏
