I turned 60 in April this year and it is great to see so much energy in the soul music of today. Things aren't the same as 45yrs ago walking into The Casino club Wigan when aged 15 mum was informed that I was going night fishing, & as the sayin goes 'life was never the same.' Here's to Soul, still changing lives.

I have heard of Northern Soul, but wouldn’t have recognised a NS track if it hit me in the face. Several videos have (somehow ) made their way onto my homepage and I am hooked! The music is upbeat, and watching those who are dancing is mesmerising, I love it.
Great track............... would love to hear a lot more from this group. As for Levanna she clearly talented and has a great taste in music. Total respect.

Pure joy. Levanna, you're awesome! Not only can I not dance to Northern Soul, I'm physically dense. Going to Mod shows in the 80's I was a skinny kid and danced my legs off- half my friebds were cool cats and I'd be drenched. So I love watching people dance so light and free, and talented as hell! You're an inspiration!

Doesn't have an old sound to it, just sounds new. You can tell the difference that it is from this time period.

The 1980s was far from blissful at times during the decade.But the majority of people enjoyed life more than now days and were far less critical of other’s views.1980s were interesting times bridging the old ways to the new.
