Fan since 1974 here. This is the first track on side 2 from The Works album (1984) and I’ve always loved it. It was so futuristic at the time and after all these years it’s actually where we’re at today! Fantastic Queen, still relevant, and I still love them. ❤
I requested this song. Thanks Lil Mann for reacting to it. I always thought this song would have been great in the Terminator movies. I can suggest many more hidden gems being a Queen fan since 1984. A couple I can think of are Hitman and Dead On Time.
OMG …… Another Queen song that I have never heard before…. But I always love hearing Freddie’s voice. Love all of your Queen reactions 💕. Could you please react to ‘The Great Pretender’ a Freddie solo (but Roger appears in it as one of the backup singers) Also react to ‘A Winter Tale’ this is the last song that Freddie ever wrote…..while he was staying in Switzerland and looking at the beautiful view out his windows. His actual hand written words appear on the video. Thank you.
@@bjw0515 I was around for it then. There were lots of acts working computer sounds into their songs (it was a trend) but nothing else sounded like this. Instead of the usual squeaks and blips, Queen came up with something that sounded dirty and industrial. You know, how the 90s sounded.
LOVE THIS SONG‼️. Queen + Adam Lambert opened their 2023 U.S. Tour with MACHINES (Back To Human) meshed with RADIO GAGA‼️ It was outstanding. Link from the Los Angeles performance below - th-cam.com/video/dITB_TpFbSg/w-d-xo.html&feature=shared
AI may have it's uses but I honestly think we can do w/o it! Human creativity can never truly be replaced. Speaking of human creativity, try Man on the Prowl, Long Away and Tutti Frutti medley from the Friday at Wembley 1986... Saturday is good too but on Friday Freddie is funnier.
Queen foretold the future of music. Auto Tune, pitch correcting, geez the singers today even use it on stage, computerized instrumental too. Is there anything real? Sad. I think AI and the rest of it is horrible.

I googled 'parahumanoidarianised', the response came back as a question; "Have you been listening to Queen?"
LOL…. That made me laugh
😂😂
AI is something that can be used for both good and bad. Queen was way ahead of the time, imagine this song back in the 80's.
Agreed
