I just have a question about working out while sick, I have been sick for like a month now because I work with children (I wash my hands all the time and i'm vegan) but I really want to move my body and workout but I guess my body needs to rest and get better x).. Wanted to now what u would do because u're have been working out too and so on... Love your vlogs

Just looking out boo don't bring electronics into the sauna !! I always used to bring my phone in and it got bad water damage from the humidity! Couldn't use my headphone jack after that fiasco :'(
