But when I remember correctly, the mild leather cleaner has a pH of 5.5. Yet, it was called „pH balanced“ in this video?

They refer to it as pH balanced because it is balanced to the same pH which leather sustains. So, the Mild Leather cleaner and Leather itself are both in the same pH.
