Looks good guys, I do this also but I build them in a cast iron skillet and throw a lid on it to get it all melted up. Once melted add all the sour cream and toppings. Family loves them! Good job!

You should do a video of neighbors asking what can you cook and if they’ve tried? I have a 28” Blackstone and I’m counting down to when the neighbors ask if they can try my cooking already...Hibachi is my specialty so far.

Blackstone Taco and Fajita seasoning 👌🏻😁 no need to buy “taco” packets. Throw your chips on the griddle next time and build your nachos there. Then transfer to a platter. Thank me later👍🏻

Ok guys there is something I want you to try to make on the black stone I want you guys to try and make a McDonald's mcgriddle. I tried didn't quite turn out the way I wanted but not bad. Also my Blackstone all the oil and grease puddles up front is this normal should I put something under it to make it kinda tillt back
Hey! That would be awesome! We’ll try our take on this for sure! So, I had the issue with balancing and several people recommended placing washers under the griddle pegs (the little pegs on the actual griddle that sits on the base). Hope this helps!🤙🤙
