Been watching for a while now and I've got to say, I'm a huge fan of the editing/production work you put into your videos and the immense amount of positivity you both exude. You're a hell of a duo, very entertaining to watch, and I'm stoked for what you're cooking next. Keep kicking ass, brothers!
Wow - we can’t tell you how much this means! I’m not an editor, but I’ve spent countless hours learning and getting better. This totally made my night! Our dad had MS most of our lives, yet he was always positive - we learned a ton from him about spreading positivity. You are awesome, thank you again!!🤙🤙 - Adam
New to the Blackstone and first time making chicken cheesesteaks for the family. Used your “Usual Suspects” ingredients (free hand measurements) mixed with the chicken and let it sit for an hour or so. Also added it while the chicken was cooking. My twist was pulling a portion off and mixing in a Buffalo Ranch dressing and then returning the mix to the griddle to add the cheese. Everybody loved them. Thanks for all your posts. I enjoy them and they nudge me to try different things on the griddle.
So awesome! Thank you so much for watching and giving the Usual Suspects a try! We have also done Buffalo chicken cheesesteaks - so good!! Love the idea of prepping with the seasoning before hand! Take care and GRIDDLE ON FAM!🔥🔥🤙🤙
Oh Man! Holy Moly! OMG! WOW! Those are on my MUST MAKE List!!! Thanks guys! Now I gotta mention the knife. I got mine a couple weeks ago and you guys are right, it's an amazing knife! Cutting raw chicken like you did and I've done, only works with a nice sharp knife. Last night I sliced my brisket with it and oh man, who needs a brisket knife when you have this knife, so thank you for the link to purchase it, it's now one of MY favorite knives too. Thanks again guys!
Yes!! I always love when Brett introduces me to good products - he knew this one was amazing right away, and he picked one up for me too - he loved them so much he went back and grabbed me the pairing knife. Honestly, I always figured I was using sharp knives - now I wonder where sharp knives had been all my life!🤣🤣
Oh, you guys! My family has enjoyed lots of your recipes and tips, but tonight, we finally concocted "The Usual Suspects" for dinner. OH, My Socks and Shoes!!! That mix is absolutely wonderful! I can't thank you enough. Everyone should try it.
"healthy" chicken cheese steaks. and dad jokes. right on! the more i cook on the blackstone the more im blown away by how it cooks. completely non stick, seasons better then any cast iron that ive owned and a lot easier to clean. and yall are cookin in the same heat as I am. its been BRUTAL this week! i need me some arm bands!
Oh man, that would make it unbelievable! I can make a quick chicken gravy, I can only imagine how delicious that would be! Thank you for the suggestion!🤙🤙

Looks good. Your "smell-a-vision" came through good. I have some sirloin all sliced to size and in the freezer for my "Philly Cheesesteak". Unknown when I will do my video. Keep them coming...
I have never done this!!!! Darn it looks so good!!! Have to have onions (and mushrooms) though. Oh, thanks for giving the cooking temps now in your vids, I appreciate it. Keep it up guys!! Next weekend I’ll try this.
Thank you so much! Yes, after several requests, we decided to invest in a thermometer to give the surface temp - we’ve always done it by “eyeballing” it - this helps us know - especially when it gets too hot.🤙🤙
Wahoo!! Yes!! These are one of my wife’s favorite! We will cook a few chicken breast a on the Blackstone this way, and put away to make cheesesteaks from time to time - amazing!!😄😄
Looks great. I have been trying some of your recipes on my griddle outside but its so darn HOT here in Lakeland Florida. By the time I get done cooking I'm so hot I don't want to eat.
Just got home from the commissary- bought buns, provolone, Vidalia onions, and chicken breast! Already have “The Usual Suspects”... can’t wait for “the crowd goes wild!”-style sizzlin’!

Hi guys; love your videos. My family is a little concerned about using oil on the surface of the Blackstone because of the calories. Do you ever use cooking spray instead?
Thank you so much for watching! Absolutely! We know several people who die spray instead. We’ve used Olive Oil and even avocado oil as well - the purpose of the oil is to help keep the food from sticking. Hope this helps!
Trolling the web for a good chicken griddle recipe and guess who pops up - the Walt twins making it clap back of course! Making this for lunch - thanks boys
Thank you so much for catching that! It’s actually 1/2 tbs - this is for the shaker, so it’s more for the mix - yes, much less for this individual cook!
Oh how I wish I could smell those cooking. They look delicious. As you know I love to change things. Maybe add some bell peppers and mushrooms. I know not your traditional Philly cheese sandwich but neither is chicken. Ps who gets all that cheesy deliciousness left on the griddle?

Hello Brenda! Below the video is the “Description” you click the little arrow on the right side so drop down the whole description which should have the recipe, please let me know if you still don’t see it - I’ll make sure to get it to you!🤗🤗

Right?! We honestly contemplated the peppers - there is so much debate about whether or not chicken cheesesteak is legit “cheesesteak” - so we decided to just do them with what we had - would have been top notch with peppers!🤙🤙
Thank you so much for watching! Our usual suspects recipe is: Usual Suspects Seasoning: *This is for our shaker - makes approx. 4oz. 1tbsp salt 1/2 tbsp pepper 1/2 tbsp onion powder 1 tbsp garlic powder 1/2 tbsp Adobo 1 tbsp accent.
