Wheel bearing replacement, Ford s-max

Changing a front wheel bearing on a ford s-max 2011. I used a special tool for removal and installation of the new bearing(82mm).

Good work! but you should never hit a new bearing with a hammer.. also a good spread of lithium grease would have helped your cause brother!

can you tell me the dimentions of the large press plates they look about 6 inches [ 150mm ]........?

Do I need to remove whole bearing in order to replace one of the broken screws?

I think that is possible without removing the bearing but I’m not a 100% sure. Removing the caliper and bracket to make room to be able to press/punch the old bolt out should be enough…

How mucht kilometers did your car have?

Around 160-165 thousand, both sides had to be changed with just a few thousand kilometers apart.
