I made this video in March 2021 for Project THRIVE of my dear friend, Shiela Niña Rea-Santes of Lutucan National High School - Senior High School. I was selected as one of the speakers in this initiative to explain the objectives of RPMS-PPST in the time of COVID 19. I was asked to reiterate the essence of this PLUS factor and how this affects the performance of the teachers in accordance with the Philippine Professional Standards for Teachers.
