could you please comment on the location of alpha-2 receptors in this video? The animation shows that it is located in post-synaptic neurons but the commentary says it is present in presynaptic neurons. The flowchart in the previous slide emphasizes that mu receptor mediated action is central, but the animation shows that it is spinal.

At low dose tramadol do not produce seizure but at high dose along with ssri and antidepressants it do seizure bc of pottasium provoked glutametergic neurotransmittion at low dose ssri do inhibit serotoin syndrome and act as anticonvulsant antiseizure
I took 37 mg twice a day prescribed by my dr for eardrum rupture and I had nasty low blood pressure, dizziness, drowsiness and I felt I am going to die as my heart slowed down a lot. I hate this pill and stopped taking immediately.

Always gotta cop percs from my boi but this time I got em prescribed and it's so interesting how you just walk into a store and they give you drugs for the f like man opioid crisis is fr. And I got it just for an abscess on my arm nothing serious. Got 50mgs

I've had tramadol before. It's no more useful for pain than acetaminophen. It certainly doesn't belong in schedule IV.
