24:49 Marques ... He's right, go to a furniture store. You can actually pick what you want that way. And if you're having trouble, you can actually rely on the sales people. I spent months looking for a couch, burned myself out, and stopped looking for a year. Then, I decided it was time. So I went to the furniture store I liked the best and explained it to the salesman and then said "Can you please show me just 3 couches, that are like [description], and around $XXXX." He showed me the 3 couches, I asked a couple questions. Made my choice. Took like 30 min, if that. And I'm super happy with the choice.

Isn't concerned about getting the best possible option she could, just happy that she got an option she can live with.

On the ecosystem lock-in at 1:00:00. I think what it comes down to in the apple case is that they build up a very high level of integration, within that ecosystem. And some of the following points were kind of mentioned but I'd like to summarise them again: - The integration is not only showing on the surface with apple exclusive features and seamless interactions among apple devices - The integration of the hardware in the perspective of systems integration and supply chain integration when designing and building the products. And also reusing parts over generations and between different products - Building high and low-level software specifically for that hardware or their OSs And to conclude, this position of apple was build over many many years with is mindset in place from the beginning. And in that position they always were able to charge premium prices and build upon that dominance while saving money at the process that is already feeding them well. And just to mention, there are obviously other facts that make Apple a very successful company.

Apple has slowly started offering more and more discounts here in India in partnership with e-commerce stores and banks especially for their base 128 GB model for 12, 13, 14, etc and also iPads. This has been a big factor in a lot of people buying Apple products here in India.
On the TikTok paywall subject -I’m a short form cooking creator and I have no idea why people would pay for recipes behind a paywall when there is so much free stuff out there. But, I know a few creators who sell either individual recipes or a bundle of them on their website from $3-$20 and while it’s generally a low conversion rate compared to views, they have made $4k+ in a month doing this.
