I am a beginner. Meanwhile you have a lot videos for beginners. Do you recommend to do the same class every day for the whole week or change it everytime. I do not know how often I should do the same class in a row, obviously every class does challenge me.
Hi, thanks for your comment! It is ok to practice every day, but listen to your body and take breaks when you need them. I suggest to do a handful of videos, do the same video every day for a week and then rotate to a new video or just rotate between those videos daily so you practice something different each day. Let us know how it goes!
