    I was surprised by how capable I felt doing this vinyasa flow. I appreciate the incorporation of blocks as I was just looking for more props videos yesterday! The 20 min length is ideal too. Thanks Kassandra for making such high quality instructional videos!

    This has become one of my favorites when I don't have much time in the morning. How about 20 minutes for 20 days!!! 10 minutes doesn't seem long enough for me. Thanks as always for your great gift.

    I loved this practice!! Even though I’ve been doing yoga for over 20 years I tend to shy away from intermediate classes, but this morning I thought “it’s only 20 minutes, how hard can it be?” I was very pleasantly surprised - not only could I manage the poses, I was able to evolve my practice in a way that was very unexpected. I feel powerful this morning and excited to challenge myself more and get out of my comfort zone. Thank you, Kassandra!!

    WOW! The amount of energy at the beginning and the middle parts were absolutely strengthen my body , my breath and my subconscious mind. And the best part at the end was very calm and serene. I feel relax. Thanks for these flow of yoga! ❤

    Absolutely LOVE this practice for the morning! Although I don't usually prefer blocks, they work great with this practice and I feel "radiant" this Saturday morning! :)

    It’s been one year since I started my yoga classes with you. I started with just 10 mins a day. My New Years resolution is to try for at least 3 sessions a week over 15 mins. Also would love to try to get in one of your hour yin sessions a week. Let’s see how I go. Wishing you good health and happiness in all you do in 2023 Kassandra❤

    That was really good! I’ve been doing your 10 minute morning yoga challenge for 3 years now and quite often do the longer ones when I have time. I really enjoy your after run workout too. This was just perfect for me this morning and I enjoyed using the blocks. Thank you Kassandra. Your calm instruction is the perfect way to start the day and my dog always joins me too 😊

    Loved the child’s pose to plank with blocks, felt gorgeous. My blocks were just slipping in downdog.
    Also first time doing standing splits with blocks. Feels sooooooo good and balanced. At the end of the practice in savasana there was this intense turquoise and purple colors in my inner view. So potent so vibrant ! Always a pleasure practicing with you, thank you so much
