This is a look at my experience as the digital director on season 4 of The Voice UK, which aired on the BBC back in 2015. This was such a great learning experience and opened a lot of future work doors for me. I knew very little about more traditional television production before this, especially the level of involvement on a reality tv show the size of The Voice.

Blimey can’t believe the money, although I can, one on the reasons I’ve never pushed towards TV. Working more for almost the same as working less for the same money is a a hard choice, although sounds like the real benefit is explaining the ever important who do you know answer
