I love your way to fix the dropped stitches, I’m lefty and hate using the crochet hook I’ll definitely changing this way to fix my stitches thank you for sharing your tips
You are a genius. Thank you so much. I am brand new to my Sentro and am working on my second hat. The yarn I am using now keeps giving me trouble but, thanks to you, I am able to fix my problems instead of starting over.
Thank you for your excellent instruction with different scenarios. It helps a lot! Hopefully I can get it now. I’ve tried to fix so many watching videos and it just didn’t work. This makes much more sense.
Hello Alina! I would like to thank you so much for this tutorial, it is truly clear band I can see well how you fix the dropped stitch! Will watch your tutorials more!!! Best wishes from Ohio, USA.
Thank you. I have trouble purling the row with a crochet hook too. I like your way better. If I’m knitting a row to make a rib I prefer the crochet hook. ♥️
Have you ever used a latch hook for fixing a stitch? I find that helps much better. Thank you so much for sharing how to fix a tucked stitch. I knew how to fix a dropped stitch but didn't know how to fix a tucked. That helps so much! Thank you!!
I'm happy that this video helped you! I don't normally use a latch hook because I personally find it easier to use a darning needle & automatically reach for it out of habit when I have any problems with the stitches, but thank you for the recommendation!
What kinda of magical tutorial is this?! Thank you so much I bought the sentro and kept having problems so I decided to splurge on the addi aaaand kept having problems but this makes is so much better
the needle method looks much better, thank you. not sure if not having the yarn fully in the guide, was intentional, to demo probblems but there is a round hole in the guide after the flat area in the guide keep yarn through that it helps. i foud using yarn, wound at home with a yarn winder for a center pull ,gave better results.
Hi! I'm having trouble with the border stitches on flat panels, and I can't figure out how to fix it (also I can't find any videos) do you know how? Thanks!
Can you tell why this keeps happening... could it be my brand of yarn? I just bought a sentry and I get to 30 rows and notice these are happening in almost every row
It can be the yarn, or the tension of the yarn is too lose. It helps if you put weights. If the tube is too long and touches the table, you have to roll it up in the middle. When I work with a yarn with problems (tucked or dropped stitches) I go slowly, and I push the stitches down before they get to the yarn feeder (with the left hand) and that way they stay in the right place.
Try to keep more tension to the yarn and after you have coupe of rounds attach some weight to your project like in this video at minute 2 th-cam.com/video/YacOjdsixdA/w-d-xo.html
That's a good question! What I can tell you is that in some days I have no problem with the yarn and other days I can't work with it at all. I'm referring to the same one, just different balls/skein.
Some yarns just go through smoother without issues some are more rough and more likely to have issues. Red heart super saver is trickier to work with where as Joann's value brand big twist value I can knit and knit with minimal issues. One thing that can also make it worse is letting the work get long and drag on the table it'll lift the work. Can be helped by pulling the work up through the machine and rolling it. Like a donut or a Swiss roll. Then the extra weight of the work upon itself can help to press the work down prevent those stitches from slipping also.

Hi! I'm having trouble with the border stitches on flat panels, and I can't figure out how to fix it (also I can't find any videos) do you know how? Thanks!
I would love to help you with flat panels, but for now I have knitted just in the round with my knitting machines.

I the same machine and whenever i first start knitting my stitches are dropping like crazy. I was wondering what I could do to stop it?

"when you want to show it, it doesn't happen but when you're working it does " Its the ghost in the machine XD They're possessed
😄
Where can I find this machine?
Addi Express Kingsize 46 needles here amzn.to/3ff8tNG
I’m going to try this too because the hook takes a minute.

What causes the yarn to slip off or ride up?
