I'm looking forward to viewing new tutorials. Thanks again for sharing your knowledge and expertise.
Clear and concise directions! I didn't even realize there was a way to fix dropped stitches on my Sentro. This will save many of my projects in the future!
Mary, you would have saved me hours of work if I had found this video first. Thank you so much .
You're welcome! If you're not following me on Instagram or Facebook, you should! (LOL)... I always post when I release new videos.
I just had to go and undo 19 stitches because I was looking at the wrong row in my pattern. Before seeing this video yesterday that would have meant starting completely over for me. I just fixed it in less than 10 minutes. This seriously might be the single most helpful video I’ve come across for machine knitting in the 2 years I’ve been at this. I’m doing a fair isle pattern and was ready to throw my machine across the room yesterday but I swear you’ve absolutely saved my machine and my sanity with this. Absolute game changer 🙌🙌🙌
That's amazing! It's pretty simple once you've done it a couple times. Hopefully you won't need to again!
I just went a half row too far. I hope that I can get them off like this and not have to start over ❤
😊 Thank you!! 😅 This exact problem occurred to me a while ago, and fiddling around made it worse, so I ended up ripping the knitting off and restarting 😑 . It is people like yourself who make such a difference to the many!!!! 🎉🎉🎉
Mary, this is brilliant! Thank you very much for taking the time to make this tutorial. I’m new to the Addi circular knitting machine, and while we can learn by our mistakes, sometimes it’s difficult figuring out that fix. I’m going back to your Etsy store and buying some more patterns. Again, many thanks for being Ms Oz behind the curtain.
I read tons of reviews regarding the various knitting machines and to be frank I was scared to purchase one. I came across your videos on youtube to complete my reviews. I decided to purchase the Sentro because I did not want to spend a lot of money for something I would end up hating. Needless to say I plan on getting another one. Because of you and other videos like this one I am happy I disregarded the reviews of others and gave this a try. I love it. Thank you for your time and keep up the good work.
Thank you! They are addicting!
So incredibly helpful, this channel is wonderful
Thank you so much!!
Great video, I just did a long scarf with several color changes. My waste yarn did that on the first row maybe 10 stitches, I just took it off with no waste yarn.
It took me much longer to complete and did not look as good as the other end. This is a scarf for me so all is fine. I put it up and sat down to watch on videos on TH-cam and this video was literally the first one listed. I am so happy I saw this, just wish it had been a hour before . Lol thanks
Thank you! I get this issue a lot when I'm not paying attention. It can take a while if you have a long stretch to do, but better than starting all over!
Hi, I'm quite new at this...I have undone a beanie 5 times!! I couldn't work out a few things..you have answeredALL my qustions- thanks so very much! I'd love it if you did a short video on when you started using knitting machine please...I've watched hours of videos today, but you are one of the best explanations I've seen! Thanks so much, from warm and humid Brisbane!(The beanies I'm making are for my stepdaughter, her 2 teens they are all going to Tasmania in a few months, and it's very cold there in July- then I'll make myself one! Cheers..Great work
So happy this worked for you!
I wish I had seen this yesterday

This is a common problem but you don't have to FROG it.

There's so much more we can do on these machine! I'm learning all the time too.
Thank you for your help.
Thank you so much for this video, this kept happening and I’ve unraveled my work so many times 😂
Oh no! It's an easy fix. Just need to pay attention to the direction you're moving.
Again, clear and concise explanations and instructions. Thank you so much for taking the time to provide another excellent video. Also really appreciate that there is no distracting blabbety blab which interferes with trying to listen and process a complex repair.
You're very welcome! And, thank you so much!!
This is an awesome video and thank you for making it. I am new to knitting so i was trying to figure out where the loop was going after it left the needle. I now know and it will help when fixing the stitches as well. I already had that error and started over cause I didn’t know how to fix it. 😊
This is a tricky one to figure out. Glad it helped!
Thank you thank you, thank you. You just saved me 100 rows of frogging.❤
You're welcome!! It's pretty simple to do!
That’s a great video. Thank you!
Thank you!
Thank you so much for taking your time to make these videos. I learned so much from you! And I really love being able to quickly make such useful things as hats for people.
No problem! So many problems can be easily fixed on the machine without starting over.

You're welcome! This is a time saver that's for sure! Just have to go slow and pay attention to what is happening with the needles.
thank you!
You're welcome! I hope it helps you!
@@CalumetKnits yup and I shared your video too!
That was VERY informative. You were tinking, and my brain finally "got" it. Thank you! I notice that you seat your working yarn in the carrier differently than some. Is there a reason for that? I thought it was supposed to go inside the entirety of the carrier and down through the hole you can see when the carrier is open. Just curious!
Thank you! I normally use a tension fork and it sits inside the yarn guide. So my yarn comes up through the hole in the guide and then down into the fork. Sometimes I don't use it and but still (out of habit) use the hole on top. My favorite tension fork is from Savlabot on Etsy. She is the original designer of this product. www.etsy.com/listing/776220395/the-original-tension-fork?click_key=e99cafbf7856a4527ac0828424f8634bdfcd8d2e%3A776220395&click_sum=d80161f6&external_collection=
I didn’t know this was possible, thank you! (Hopefully I’ll never need to use this technique! Lol)
I hope you don't need it either, but save it just in case.
what causes that though? My addi gives me no problems but I ordered a sentro to have another size option and I can't complete a single round without this happening.
I have a long missed stitch, have watched your videos many years times, still don’t really get it. I’m new to this machine stuff…I’m very frustrated and ready to give it up. Guess I’m afraid to try to start and mess it up, i was just changing colors. Any thoughts would be appreciated. There aren’t many u tube videos on this issue. Guess a pic would be better. Thank for reading😚
Is there any way you can save the beanie if the mess up is in the middle of your work? Wanted to send a pic so you know what the issue, but I can’t seem to find anything on these comments that lets you😔
I just received my adding machine and it's stuck on number 24 does anybody know what is wrong
I'm replying really late, so I hope you were able to figure out your problem.
Yes gear was broke.Sent it back for a replacement.
You sound like Pam on The Office.
LOL, is that a good thing? Honestly, I have never really seen the show... just a clip here and there.
@@CalumetKnits a very good thing!
I think I need private lessons 😩
