If vinegar and shampoo doesn't work ..try liquid laundry detergent...only on the lace if it's human hair....or the entire wig if it's synthetic. Detergent has been known to remove makeup. My favorite go-to is woolite... But it can't be a generic knockout, it has to be real woolite soak it,swish it, and then repeat twice it's amazing.

Omg I think this save my pockets and my closure ... I used regular vinegar ... and I did this within 30 mins of me realizing my lace stained ( mine u I use the gots 2 be glue but freeze spray to avoid this) I think I got 90% of the dye out with 2 fresh mixtures I must of dipped back and forth for a min each ... I don’t have to bye color oops or a new closure 🙌🏾... But the hair felt a lil rough so I’m leaving it in Silicone over night ... thanks

    • @belatisbeauty

Gabrielle Sims if you recently colored the hair it may strip the color. Some people have done it and it did not. In my case it did slightly just in the roots only.

    • @belatisbeauty

It doesn’t matter if you don’t care that the lace will look like an unnatural scalp. The original color just allows for it to look more like your own.
