It took me 2 minutes legit to understand that this is not sarcastic humor.
Every time we watch a video of these women happy and full of energy infont of camera and never realize there are alot of blank and painful voids in them deep inside. And after shooting every video they go back home to that empty space.
But the amazing fact is that they are so powerful to own the situation and decisions they made.
This was so raw and so honest. Made me go and give my parents a hug right after :')
I cried a lot after watching this. And called up my parents. Told them how much I love them.
I live in a joint family iam18 I just cant imagine being alone.
I am crying .... Just crying listening to all of this ,which is so relatable
Point is we as a society have glorified and romanticized maiming kids emotionally so as to not let them feel comfortable when they're by themselves. And sad that that's what we have come to call love.
I feel you sisters. I have been living away from home since I was 4 yo and it's been 20 years since I have stayed more than a month in home. Everytime I cook up a typical bong dish, I want my mom to try it but I can't. I've missed so many durga pujo, the birthdays and the family get together for just the sake of better opportunities. Delhi is love but still feel alien sometimes. Love and hugs to you all. Thanks for sharing this.

I have been watching IDiva for months now but never felt I should click on like or subscribe cause my evolved self said dont respond to bing watching. But this video just pierced right through my heart. Hustle of life ...and not having parent around when you know you are not even in that county let alone cities.... Hats off to you girls for putting your raw emotion out there. I can feel the weight on my heart when the video ended! Thumbs up. RESPECT.

when i was younger, i too used to be threatened to be sent to stay in a hostel..even for the smallest things at times...i remember ones, my mom told me, if u don't write down everyday's school time table and come (so that i would know what books to take on which day n all) ill leave u in a hostel...now i used to keep forgetting to write it so my mom used this threat and i forgot to write again and when i came home, my dad was waiting for me and i was crying badly and i told him mom said she will send me to a hostel if i didn't write the timetable and i didn't write it..I'm 13 now and i think i was...6 or smth back then..my mom doesn't use that anymore

So honest......
I'll never make a choice of leaving my parents. I had an apportunity to go abroad n work there but i didn't go. I believe to become independent, u don't have to leave your parents house. Now i have my own business n i come back home to my amazing family. They are an amazing support system. I can party out still. To have freedom u should never leave your house. Extreme amount of freedom takes u to destruction sometimes. It's good to have amazing mom who cooks for u and Dad u can gossip with.
This just made me sad 😣😣why on earth life is full of difficult choices ..ugh!

Omg ! Ihave been on my own since i was 18 and for me it's just fine and no big deal. I'm35 today and Thank myself for taking the big decision then. Life cannot be truly savoured unless you are making your own life. And finding and creating your own path ain't no big deal. Yeah but the lol part was when people would ask me if I had been thrown out of my house. 😂😂 .

I wonder do these people really talk this much in English in their everyday life or their just doing it for this video to pass off as an educated person since in India being able to speak in English or even in French , German,italian (for a while just to impress the person you are dealing with) is seen as a last milestone you need to achieve to be declared a sophisticated and cultured person.I think most of them are north Indians and can very well speak and talk in Hindi(but it's an ancient language now).
Anita Sharma They probably do their videos in English to be understood by a larger demographic. Not everyone can speak Hindi, as it's not our national language ( contradictory to popular belief).
