My intention is not to hate or demean anyone, on the contrary I support the idea of equality and respect for everyone. If you stand for equality then you're a feminist.

I don't understand why doing household chores is so unfemininist. Cooking and cleaning are necessary skills that EVERYONE should do for our own health

Both my mother and father are lecturers in a college and usually my mother cleans the house ,but when she is tired me and my father takeover. My father prepares breakfast everyday and my mother is in charge of dinner . However ,me and my father prepare dinner when my mom is late.I am also a girl,but with this kind of attitude be ready for a divorce in less than 5 yrs.
P.s. I also have a younger brother and my father is teaching him to do household chores and make basic food. It's not a formality but a necessity.

@@TvishaRoar same thing with the Gunjan Saxena controversy . These women have never stepped into the real world and worked "real" jobs. They don't think women can be treated equal to men in the real world becoz they portray themselves as an object on various media platforms/social events and somehow are the most vocal about these issues. There are some discriminations but these are certainly not the ones who should be allowed to talk on these issues.

It becomes easy to stereotype people irrespective of genders because that’s what as a child we see around. But women who call themselves or rather identify themselves as “feminist” judge another woman, it is so disheartening. I believe in equality, I won’t want to sit while a man is cooking or my mother or mother in law is cooking or toiling in housework, rather what I would appreciate is dividing up the work accordingly.
The history behind such gender roles was hunting, since women could breed and obvs we wanted to increase the population of human race, women were protected and didn’t tag along w men for hunting years and years ago, but the society needs to change with time because we no longer have to hunt and we all must thrash these stereotypes; be it for man or woman.
