The best suburbs OTP are north of the city, gwinnett, cobb, and forsyth counties. Also everyone wants to be in Alpharetta, roswell, johns creek, but cumming, Suwanee and Dawsonville are just as nice with a better cost of living for
Recently found your channel and I’m so happy I did! My fiancé and I are looking to move to Atlanta, and I had zero clue where to start looking. There are over 6,000 Zillow listings 🤦🏼♀️ but thanks to your videos, I can narrow it down to a couple areas 😂
Great video. Live in Henry County and areas like Stockbridge isn't great, but Mcdonough is a high-end area for Henry County. Up north is costly, but tbh, that's the safest area to be (even though I personally never experienced crime in Mcdonough, Ga).
@singingLeaf123 what city doesn't have shooting. Atlanta has shootings almost every month. You have to choose the city right. Mcdonough, GA is covered with cops and the area is stunning. It's one of the fastest growing cities in GA and was ranked the fastest growing city in the US back in 2020
First time looking at this video. Thanks for the info. My wife and I live in Los Angeles and are retired. We’re looking in the Atlanta suburbs for a house. It would be contingent on us selling our house. Where do you suggest we look for a place in the low to mid 300,000 range in a safe neighborhood for retirees?
Despite that the neighboring northern metro Atlanta counties of Cherokee, Dawson, Forsyth, and Pickens were, together in 1990, inhabited by 154,000 white residents and only 1,900 black residents, nobody in the Atlanta area seemed to have the slightest idea that, together, they may have formed the only multi-county "Sundown Region" within the Deep South at the time.
Thank you so much for this! I have been visiting friends in ATL on and off and and its one of the places I am looking to move but do not know the neighborhoods, your video had answered a lot of my questions and will make narrowing down much easier for me. I wish I could find similar videos for houston and dallas 😅
The maker of the video doesn't have THE BEST local area knowledge. The best schools in Metro Atlanta are found in and around Alpharetta as well as South Forsyth County (which also hold a small portion of unincorporated Alpharetta). The video maker also didn't even mention Woodstock, Holly Springs, Sugar Hill, Acworth or many of the places people are ACTUALLY moving to. So, take his videos with a tiny grain of pink salt.
How about a video of affordable apts that have a Marta Station that is no more than 15 minutes from the apt!
I wish that people weren’t always so worried about their videos being too long. It’s not bad to have a longer video.
I'm in Cherokee County/Woodstock area. Downtown Woodstock has a lot of good eateries & very SAFE!
Not for long 😉
I just discovered your videos, and they are great. So much information. Thank you! I would love to see a video of McDonough o r Henry county towns.

Would love for you to do a deep dive into some of these OTP areas especially Duluth, John’s Creek, and Alpharetta
Okay will do!

Hi, Marc how's it going? I always watch your videos but you never talk about Norcross, I would like to know
Cobb, Forsyth, North Fulton and Gwinnett counties are the best counties for families with school age children.

Hi Kelvin it depends on a lot of factors. Feel free to book a zoom call with me we can go over in detail.
@@LivinginAtlantaTeam I’ll be in Atlanta in Sunday and will be there until February 24th. Maybe I can get together with you.
How is newnan ga?

I don't understand your point
At someone born and raised here this is the most gentrified video I've ever seen on TH-cam. You know almost nothing about Atlanta 😂😂😂
he's just a realtor. moralizing land use is weird.
@@robgeach8105 You know what else is weird.... Listening to a transplant trying to tell me what's weird 🤷🏽♂️
Thoughts on Hapeville? 🤔 Will there be more businesses coming ever?
Love Hapeville. Google "Airport City"
It may be hard to hear for some people, but I have lived here for over 17 years. Everything spoken here is fact!
