Hello everyone!
Today we will be testing out the new Sky High Mascara and revealing my first impressions! We will also be comparing it to the oldie but goodie Telescopic mascara by Loreal! I tried Telescopic for the first time not that long ago and actually loved it. Will I love the new Sky High just as much??
I made a new sub series call TikTok made me try it. In this series I will be taking viral items such as Sky High Mascara that go around on TikTok and test it out to see if you should buy it or if its a lie! Wow telescope makes your lashes look gorgeous! Great review! Do you know if your telescopic was waterproof? The waterproof version I got the tube is all blue 🤔

How can you tell when mascara dries
I literally just bought Telescopic recently and I loved it, until I tried to wash it off. I got the original. But my lashes were super hard and crunchy, refusing to come clean even with my oil-based Pond's cleansing balm, followed by foaming cleanser and my sensitive skin Dove bar which is routine. My question is how did you remove it? Was it nearly impossible to remove as well? I have an easier time removing my waterproof mascaras. I really wanted to love Telescopic cuz yes, it looks this good!

I too have the original but one thing that could maybe help is that I tend to use a face wash that has micro beads in it so maybe those help break down the hardness of the mascara? But yea I will definitely test it out and let you know!

I think that a factor that wasn’t taken into consideration is that you used a brand new sky high vs ur already used telescopic. Im assuming the the lack of clumps and messiness from the telescopic comes from the formula drying out. I’d like to see your opinion of the mascara once sky-high dries out a bit.

I hated the sky high did nothing to my lashes. The l’oréal telescopic is the best one i’ve used for years. 2nd fav mascara is the maybelline lash sensational
Been using the telescopic as my only mascara since I was in middle school, I’m about to graduate college☺️ if that doesn’t show how amazing and consistent the mascara is I don’t know what will. Makes it look like I have falsies on and no clumps!!!!

The problem with these tiktok mascara hype videos is that the eyelash looks suuuuper clumpy, like a spider. I'd rather go with something more natural looking.
Agreed. I’m not too much of a fan of clumpy looking lashes but telescopic is still pretty good. I did another video where I reviewed benefit magnetic mascara and I feel like that was a better more natural and fuller mascara than sky high
Telescopic was and will be the best mascara ever made. Period! Lol too sad they dont even sell it in my country anymore...idk if it is discontinued?

i prefer sky high but i also don’t apply it like yours since i don’t like chunky lashes. i curl mine and my lashes are naturally long so sky high looks better and doesn’t look as chunky as telescopic does.
Nice! I don’t ever really curl my lashes but that makes sense! I should see if that changes for me as well and if I would prefer sky high!

Hi!! I believe I am wearing Maybelline super stay matte ink in the color Driver!
recently bought telescopic (carbon black) because of the raving reviews but so far have been disappointed. it is clumpy, the brush always has way too much product, and the formula is way too wet. i wanted to love this mascara but i just couldn’t. i was wondering if this is normal and the formula will work better once more dried out? i have heard that the carbon black formula is wetter than the original as well.
I haven’t had the chance to use carbon black. I have used the waterproof version of the original and it was so hard to get off I got rid of it and just stuck to the original formula lol. I would say if you are open to trying the original formula you should see if you can return your makeup where you got it and replace it for the original formula. I still use my super old bottle and it is relatively empty but still gives me great results with what’s left in there. Another great choice you may like is the CoverGirl Lash Blast Mascara (video review of that as well) but I would definitely try another formula with telescopic first and if it still doesn’t work out then you know at least this mascara might not be for you. I hope this helped!

sky high typically works better on long lashes, telescopic is better on short ones

The best drugstore dupe I have found is by far telescopic. I even reviewed they’re real magnet by benefit and telescopic was still a great option for much cheaper.

Great review! Thanks I've been using Telescopic for years. Was going to try Sky High. I even tried Charlotte Tilbury's pillow talk. But clearly nothing beats Telescopic 💯 % the best for length ( so far) Thanks!
