HI MeepleMentor, one detail, you say that all players must discard cards back to 3 whenever they go above that number, yet the manual states that "You may discard any time before you take your next turn." So, for example, if it's between eras you don't need to decide which cards to keep until it's actually your turn and you see, and take into account, what the previous players did. Cheers!
