Huge thanks for this video, even tho the motor I’m rebuilding is a 2016 kx250f a lot of the stuff was the same and I was at a standstill until I watched this video. Thanks!
Great Video my man..! My son just bought an 06 KX250F for a Dad/Son rebuild project (it dropped a valve while running and engine condition unknown...) We will be watching your channels A LOT!! QUESTION: you said @28:45 "every time you split the case you should replace the Crank" really?? Im half expecting our crank to be bent but I hadnt planned on replacing it if it was OK... Can you please add some reasoning. Cheers!
Thanks for sharing, how do you remember where all the secret washers are?? Lol. I like those plastic trays, where'd you get them and the thicker gloves. The blue ones rip so easily.
When's that video supposed to come out were you show us how to put the part together that you said was a real bitch ya I could use that vid right now I sorta messed it up while pulling it out. Thanks for the help man I was watching this while I was tearing it down great instructions I have a 2007 kx250f I bought just last Sunday as a project
@@slight_bikelife should be, not positive though. I would google "2004 kx250f service manual" and you should be able to find a PDF file for your service manual that you can download for free. That is what I normally do every time I work on a bike.
I picked up one of these as a project in boxes. This video made it a breeze when putting it all back together. Cheers 🍻

Do you have to take all that shifting stuff out just to split and pull a crank through? Good video man
