They are selling as Saleable area to be 1980sft with breakup as :- carpet area 1237sft, external walls 80sft, balcony & utility area 241 sft, common areas 422sft. My doubt is about carpet area being much lower as compared to overall area am paying for. Requesting your advice! Is is under construction, expected handover in 2023. It's under Aparna Construction in Hyderabad.
I had got difference in carpet area of 19.03% between what I got and what the builder considered.. he said it is for the inner walls.. is it acceptable? (19.03% was 9.82 sq Mt)

Sir, area of a flat is Coverd area (including all outer and inner wall) + built up 11.293%+ super built up 20%, Is it right?
