There's a problem with Xiaomi skill on Alexa, that's why we can't connect our Xiaomi devices to Alexa. It only works in some regions and some servers. I've sent too many emails about this problem and my problem hasn't fixed. Worst after sakes ever

Same here, there's a server problem in my case. My vacuum robot only works using china's server, so alexa and other apps can't reach when linked
