Used to stay there every summer holiday as a kid at my Uncles P Dann I think the estate has now been demolished for more modern houses . It was a 97 Sunrising Estate top of the hill overlooking the station . Amazing I can remember everything about Looe and I’m now 82 so I haven’t been to Looe in 70 years . Thank you brought back many happy memories xx
This is another awesome part of Cornwall here in Looe and I really enjoy this seaside village town especially with the most beautiful scenery and as always i like seeing the local shops places to eat and drink at, another great video and until your next one take care and have a wonderful weekend thanks.🇬🇧🤠🤠🇬🇧
Love Looe, been going most years since I was a baby, I'm now 50 and take my own family at least twice a year. Such a lovely, relaxing place to holiday.
We had our honeymoon here at the westcliffe hotel which you can see when you go over the bridge up on the hill.that was in 1968. we went back for 50th anniversary and stayed at the trouville hotel, which is over bridge turn left. My friend has moved to looe and lives in a caravan so we joined her when we visited.
Well i have been to many places in cornwall, but never Looe. You have shown that there is far more to Looe than i ever thought. Now i want to go there, thanks.
Went there in late September and early October in 2021 on a Globus tour. I stopped at Kelly's and had a wonderful fish and chips. Enjoyed the town very much.
I loved my time in Looe. One of my many fav places in Cornwall. Really hope to be back there one day. It is 8 hours travel time to get down there for me, but it's so worth it. Thankyou for doing this series, I love Cornwall ❤
Another wonderful walk! Thank you very much and be careful with those heights!💞If you can, would it possible to do a walk around Southbourne area from Bournemouth? From Overcliff Drive towards Hengistbury Head, the views are spectacular, and the beaches are pure golden sand.
Like your review we went on family holiday to Newquay in 2019 and visited Looe in a trip around Cornwall and found it to be a lovely coastal village . We stayed at st Ives last year but didn't visit it on this occasion , but this summer we are going to st Ives again and will pay this beautiful Cornish village a visit again
Thank you - we're all good - had a very busy weekend filming so my legs are tired now! Day off tomorrow to drive to the next place Have a lovely weekend!
A wonderful place I have been here twice and I remember the wonderful green colour of the sea. I came here on the Bakers Dolphin coaches from Burnham On Sea before lockdown.
I had my last holiday with my parents in Looe, 1974, my dad took me out for a pint, shandy, and my mam brought me a parker pen to use at work, mam and dad are gone now, still have the pen.
