This is one of his best lectures and should be listened to often. We often hold hurt in our head and heart and let it dictate how we will treat others.
Holding on to the past will only keep people from their destiny. The past is over and no longer exists, so when we focus our energy and time there we’ll get stuck and miss out on life. You can do NOTHING about the past, only thing you can do is get stuck or let it go like the Apostale Paul in Philippians 3:13.

Yes drop it, let the people that have hurt you alone, and if possible change environments. If you can't change environments, just leave the drama people alone . It takes time one day at a time, but it can happen. Practice makes perfect.

Anyone reading this please pray for me. I have been suffering horribly for the past whole year due to serious anger issues and mental health problems. I tried EVERYTHING: meditating, practicing forgiveness (for my own sake) and even prayed to God to completely erase that situation which caused me unbearable anger pain to begin with. But that same anger still torments my mind to this day no matter how hard I try to just forgive and forget. My mental and physical health declined to the point where I feel like I'm merely existing NOT living. However, today I made the decision to trust God one more time to fully erase that situation once and for all from my mind and to restore my health. This is my second time listening to this sermon and I will pray again after. I hope that God will see my efforts and answer my prayer this time.

I am suffering through this exact torment from a situation from an employer that financially destroyed my life to the point that my own family had to turn their backs on me cause of the destruction I began to cause due to my anger at what was done to me. I’m having such a hard time letting it go because I appealed a decision & the hearing officer got information completely wrong on the record for which he based his decision!!! How can I let it go & move on when it was a recorded hearing & he got dates completely wrong & inaccurate that can be contradicted on the recording & can change the basis of his decision had he asked & actually read the contradictory statement the manager had previously made. I can’t continue dwelling on this as it has nearly killed me but I don’t want these people to ever do this to anyone ever again. I was told I’m the 5th or 6th employee they have done this similar situation to & it’s not fair. Please pray for me & I sure hope you are in a much better place mentally & physically ❤🙏🏼

And you will see you will Prosper moving towards the next step. God never closes a door without a reason. We cant control tomorrow or yesterday but we can control the best gift ... Our present.

I'm hurting right now so bad, but after listening this preaching from Joel Osteen, gives me strength to go on and move on with my life. I been in a relationship for a year , my boyfriend and I have lots of arguments and he said he can't deal with my ex husband. My ex husband and I have children together, but my ex husband wants to stay friends for the sake of our children! But my boyfriend can't stand for the fact that I still have to talk with my kids dad when our kids have problems. So my ex boyfriend walked away and left me. So now I'm hurting and don't know what to do. So I've been depressed past few weeks ago. Listening this video many times giving me strength to go with my life. I know God has a plan for my life.
I don't care what the critics say . Joel osteen is a true man of God. in this video he's teaching about letting go of anger and bitterness . it's in ephesians 4:31 - 32 .

My girlfriend struggled with an abusive relationship in the past and it can be so easy to keep going back, but God is stronger and he has better things for you in life, so turn away to God and he will not let you go :)!
+Resist4God As an emotional abuser which is no better then physical abuse. For me sadly I didn't see that I had an amazing woman, and how terrible and evil I was being until she finally had the courage to leave. I've been looking at myself lately and a lot of the things I've done in life and changing my attitude about a lot of things. She's moved on to some one new and I've felt down and lonely ever since. I really miss her. I know that God will help me work this out. I'm never going to be an abuser again.

Dear Heavenly Father, I come to you and am praying for Viviyanti and where two or more come together and it is touching you will surely do. We come to you lord that you touch miss Viviyanti and give her the strength to break free from the ungodly, break free from that relationship, break free from not feeling strong enough lord , today you are giving her strength and she is moving forward and that you are placing people in her life to help her out and she is completely out a brand new lady stronger and determined to overcome anything life throws at her. easier said than done. time heals the wounds. Just continue lifting or surrendering it to God. One day you will be free. Sometimes GOD is transforming our character through it. or sometimes it's a redirection. Try to focus also in doing something worthwhile. Soon you will forget the thing that bothers you.

In the ancient days, they were suppose to love God with all their heart,soul,mind etc but they couldnt because they`re not God. God brought the Law just to show men their wicked ways and repent and come to him. And so God had to sacrifice his beloved son John 3:16," For God so loved the world that he brought only begotten son, that whosoever believes will not perish but have everlasting life". And so in our generation God loves us unconditionally and he loves us first before we could think. And secondly, the bible states or written prophecies about the last days and that`s what we are experiencing. James 1:3,"For you know that when your faith is tested, your endurance has a chance to grow." so all what is going on in the world are test which helps us to grow in faith and in God. God never promised that its going to be easy on this earth. I hope you`ll understand, Thank you

This was for me. If It wasn't for this video I would have missed my destiny and look back in my past forever. I was feeling really down and this video totally brighten up my spirits. People say I shouldn't listen to Joel because he's not a Biblical preacher and prophesy illusionary I disagree. Otherwise I would feel like where's the hope? It would feel so dim.
