Since I have also had so much change in myself. No I will never be perfect. He starts to change us and show us are sins when we ask him to come into our heart. I needed to hear this....I was really hating who I was when I looked in the mirror...went Into a deep depression, stopped hardly smiling or talking...my heart very heavy...it felt like everyone I loved dismissed me...my kids father left me to take care of my kids by myself and taking care of someone else’s child, providing me with no finanacial assistance at all and hardly almost never seeing his children, and I did nothing to him, my brother stopped talking to me because of his girlfriend telling lies...etc.. my heart is so big and I was feeling like that was my down fall. I’ve given up my life for my children and forgot about myself, waking up down and sad going to bed down and sad:...I truly needed this!!

Use Tumeric ( a great antioxidant, ) to season and drink coffee or green or herbal tea in the morning or early in the afternoon, but never cofee in the evenig, as coffee in evening can disturb your sleep.. Do deep breathing excersises when you get into bed at night, for about 4 minutes only about 2-4 minutes, then exhale after each deep breath.
