Brilliant trip report as always.
At about 3:55 there’s a sound of someone saying whoop whoop that’s the sound of the police 😆!
Thanks!
It was aswell
I was actually at Dony station yesterday going from Lincoln to Scarborough. Got some great trains. Azumas, class 185, one of tpe's nova 3 trains and also one of emr's class 170 trains
Great video, only there was footage of Liverpool Lime Street. Around the 10 minute mark.
Issue with editing software, trying to rectify it for next week
@@danielstripreports can't beat a bit of bonus footage.
Great trip report
Although it was last year, I did go on a 331 from Manchester to Blackpool and I thought the seats were alright
Great video
Great trip report! However, I think the price wasn't unbelievable, it wasn't very cheap considering it would have cost £4.40 for a single without a railcard, which is not cheap for a daily commute
The 195s and 331s are generally horrible trains, but their acceleration does help make up for this. You should try one of WMRs class 196s, they’re much better
On this route aren't there more statik s visited than shown? Also its Outwood not Oakwood, and why is there Liverpool lime Street footage at the end......
Issue with my editing software, I don't really get what's going on, keeps adding extra clips to videos when I didn't add them, tried to delete it, I'm going to start using a different one from next video. There are more stops I don't film them all as it would get repetitive.
@@danielstripreports what editing software do you use?
You got it wrong at 01:50
The 331's replaced the 321's and 322's.
The 195's replaced the Pacers
Are the Class 331 Civity really that bumpy. Never knew it was very bumpy.
They just don't have much suspension for some reason, you feel every single bump in the rails
Ah I see why. Totally agree with you.
Quite a lot of new rolling stock seams to be bumpy. Not tried a 331 yet but the ironing boards on the 700's are not too bad for a short journey at least.
A couple of months ago I was on a 717 for a five minute journey. Despite the very short journey I still found the seats very uncomfortable
i was gonna say leeds looks an awful lot like Liverpool lime street loool
I don't see why its so hard to make seats slightly softer . It's rediculous. It's like they don't try to make trains comfy .
Atleast the Class 331 sounds nicer than newer EMU's except the class 745 and 777,385
@@northampton2134 agree
@@bb-3653 I've been on the class 331 and the acceleration will shock you it feels like you are going beyond 100MPH
@@northampton2134 hahah, sadly I live In london but I've seen alot of footage of them they are really fast. Maybe one day I'll come up and ride the train. Also they do sound amazing. A unique motor sounds. I do like 745s and 777s , but the 331st take the cake. Acentras are an abysmal for motor sound...eewwww they ruin the uniqueness of emus...., traction sound .
@@bb-3653 The 3 Car variant is also mega crazy. But for newer EMU's for sounds the class 331 wins for sure it sounds futuristic. I Just wish LNWR ordered them instead of Aventras even though I love the class 730's due to how it looks but I'm curious to see their first class interiors
4st?
Doesn’t exist. 4st you mean 4th.
