IRawhrr...As I mentioned in my tut, Oil Paint is not in CS5. CS5 has a similar feature, called Pixel Bender. It's a plug-in which one needs to download from Adobe.

JoeMcStudios...the correct Dutch pronunciation is neither "van-go", nor "van goff". The name in Dutch is a guttural sound, almost like clearing your throat. FYI: Notwithstanding this, the American pronunciation IS "van go".

The oil filter doesn't exist on cc2015. I have tried installing it as per your instructions on another video, but it won't install. Looking online, it seems I am not the only one peeved about it's deliberate exclusion from cc2014/15, and there is no solution. No way to install it, either, on windows 10.
I used the "Paint daubs" as you suggested below. Thanks.

+ElizabethR1558 Adobe removed the oil paint filter after CS6 Extended. Hopefully, they'll re-introduce it in later versions. I mentioned this in my tutorial that shows how to install an elementary oil paint plugin for CC.

+Blue Lightning TV Yes, I found that, and the plug-in. However, it won't install, "Not the right document". I have installed plug-ins before, but this one sadly won't.
I did an internet search, and it seems I'm not the only one.

....edit: I tried it again (must be the 6th time) and for some reason, it worked! Thanks. Sadly, it's not as good as the real oil filter, but better than nothing.
