Bedrooms are little tiny than expected. Whatever superb 👌
I like it. Creatively unique architecture design outside, stunningly decorative inside, except for the rather backward kitchen, or else everything else is perfect. The kitchen though, besides being simple and old fashioned, even the color takes you back 50 years.
This is what I like, just a small bedrooms will do, what's important is the living, dining and the balcony.

Very clean and spacious. Love the muted interior colors; am not a fan of spiral stairs tho, I would rather have a light and airy office in that space and small windows in both T&B. Also the external laundry roof looks flimsy and not angled to protect from rain

Schönes Haus, tolles Design, aber was ist hinter dem Carport? Dort könnte man gut einen Keller hin machen, außerdem würde ich die Terrasse hinten bei der Küche hin machen.😃👍
I LOVE IT! This would be perfect for my lot! The house on my lot now has some serious issues. It would be far too costly to address them. It would be better to demolish the 52 year old house; then fix the issues with the land. The design of this home would make excellent use of an area were a slope failure has occurred. The walls could also be used to provide stability the the remaining portion. The garage would be placed where a problem area needs to be dug out!

I think this is a perfect house design for an elevated property. You shouldve edited the terrain to avoid confusion.

I was looking forward to the lay-out of the ground level. Surprised to see that there was none, only the garage in front. I thought maybe the land was sloping, hence the design, but ground is actually level. Why in the world would you elevate a house to an entire floor up and not use the bottom portion? I feel like it's a total waste of space.
yes I rewinded it jus to look for the bottom, I don't understand why it's none existent? scratching my head...
Poor design and many dead spaces.

Love the idea of an upstairs outdoor space. Putting the washing machine or a combo unit outside wouldn’t work for me.

Excellent design, however....
Looking at the dimensions, the biggest adjustments would be to turn the two bathrooms into one single bathroom for the first bedroom, and turn that micro bedroom (it looks like a cell) into a bathroom for the bedroom on the other end. Of course it makes it into a 2 bedroom house only, but I just hate small rooms.
Oh, and create a basement/bar/studio/ANYTHING for the huge amount of space below. Can't just elevate a house just for show and have nothing underneath for no use

車庫怪怪的，看起來像是沒設計一樣。而且現代家庭大多兩台車以上，車庫最好大一點，還要有通往室內的門。不過電腦動畫功力不錯，給你一個讚，加油。

It seems theres an unused ground level space that runs the length of the whole house at the level of the garage.. why wouldnt that space be utilized?
I like it, it is a nice design but if there were some bedrooms at the garage level it will free some space above and the dining room and kitchen will be much bigger.

Sir I appreciate your work and time which you design house I need one design for my old east facing home can you please design 10x60 with one shop with car parking and remaining area is for one bhk at first floor, 2floor 2bedroom with separate balkani and common washroom for both first and second and third floor, one elevator is required for my old parents, one side north side complete property and one south side is open. and please share the plan for it iam waiting for your reply and project design 😃

This is not a split level house. I don't understand the washer and/or dryer outside on the porch. Where is this house supposed to be?
