Can be improved: Swap the dining room table in the kitchen for a counter height island that can also be used for a dining table with stool height chairs around it to add prep space for big meals. Extend the LR outwards to subsume the porch and enclose the stairs so the person upstairs doesn't have to A.) get trapped upstairs during inclement weather or B.) Get soaked or have to dress for the weather in order to just go downstairs for dinner. The outdoor laundry should be moved into the room behind the kitchen and a water heater added to the room, as well. A coat closet would be nice to have near the front door if someone in a climate that features cold winters were to build it.
Apart from that, the house is lovely. With those added changes, I'd have no problem living in it and I wouldn't even curse the designer. :3

Great design. I would swap the bedrooms/bathroom on bottom floor so the other 'master' would be more private and move the office between the two bathrooms and find a spot for the washing machine and dryer rather than outside.

I prefer this design with the staircase out compare to the earlier design to give room for the kitchen, the dining shud put a french door there to give light and open space feeling
