the basement next to the garage if just filled with soil and cement would be wasted. preferably can be used as a space such as a personal workshop or small office.

Usually elevated waterfront houses look ugly, but this design looks very nice and modern.

Wonderful home....I'd prefer an enclosed garage tho. Other than that this is certainly something I'd put on the buy list.
Both front and rear entry is only via sliding glass windows, which I would have to change, but otherwise the house is well laid out and functional.

I like the idea. The elavated desgin gives a little more security, i.e. make it more difficult for thieves to get in, on top of better views and less bug invasions.
One suggestion I have though is to add a garage door to make it more secure.
I agree, it has to have a garage door. You need storage for tools etc, and you can't do that without a garage door.

Beautiful house
Nice house. I'm looking at designs for a house to build on a 100' x 100' lot my wife and I own in St. Augustine FL. This house design would benefit from a conventional door entrance instead of sliding doors. I also think I want an open lower level for parking, storage and a place to set up my trains and a hobby area.

Put a few windows and a sliding screen door.

So the garage is under half the house, what is under the other half?
Theoretically, you could probably have storage rooms there or possibly additional living space.

It’s basically a two storey house with the ground floor half a garage (RHS) and half wasted space on the other side (LHS). Should have made the other half useable as well. Gym and storage?
The floor plan is actually just a 1 storey bungalow. No apparent way to enter the house from the garage plus no front door. Not sure what is the function of the path and walls around the second level.

Wasted space at the bottom. Should be used for storage or additional living space, add windows. People need a washer and dryer. That should definitely be included in the plans.

How much is the estimated cost of this house?
$67k, USD. Details are in the description. Original price is in Mexican pesos, and frankly the price scares me, too damn low.
@@Erin-Thor I believe it's in Philippine pesos, not Mexican, based on the $67k reference. And that's already a fair price for a 133sqm FA house, minus the lot (which the description also says it didn't include).
