Just got one. Press battery button, flickers red a brief moment. Assemble bike, remove battery, plugged in charger hours... ...the thing never lights up. I have NO idea what i'm doing wrong...

@@questmaster5503 That did not work. After a few DAYS of trying different things, it took removing the battery completely, followed by reconnecting it to the bike. What I "think" happened is, in transit through the mail, something must have tripped a "kill switch" in the battery's programming, like a safety feature or something. By dumb luck, one of the times I reconnected it back to the bike, it woke up. Finally.
I just got one. I am 6ft 5 inches weigh 200 pounds and road it 1 mile and battery was almost dead. So far really disappointed with this bike.

@@shadwell749 Actually, it was my mistake. Even though it appeared to be fully charged it was not. It still doesnt go as fast as they said it would but they probably tested it with somebody more like 150 pounds or something. Its does go about 10 to 15 miles before needing a charge again

@@malikedmond8398 I am enjoying mine, I get about 20 miles per charge, but I only go 15mph not 20 as they say, but I am 200 pounds probably tested on somebody lighter than me which is fine I get that. But overall I am happy with the product.
