I just love it when the sparks fly with Erin and Aaron in their garage. They're positive sparks by the way from a positive and gorgeous couple who always keep us entertained with their content.
“I know you guys have been missing the cars...” well here’s the thing, I’ve actually been enjoying the trailer build so much I’ve forgotten about the cars a bit. 😆
I know y'all probably know this, but I'll throw it out there in case you don't. When those V-belts are squealing, sometimes it's because rubber has built up on the various pulleys there on the front of the engine. Over time, those belts will shed small pieces of rubber on the inside of the pulleys, because of the tension and wear and heat that builds as the spin. When the belts are cold or an increase of RPM's, the rubbing of the belt and particles of rubber will cause a squeal. An easy fix is to take the belt off, spray some brake clean in the groove, then take a small cheek poker and go all around the inside of the pulley. Check the belt for glazing. Hope this helps. Love the videos. Thanks for posting.
The Bronco is a great little rig. Remember them new back in the day. They were a blast to take out in the fields and roar around. Then you could drive it to work all week. Be safe and stay well.
Watched a few of your videos flying especially. All I can say is you are a lucky man to have a beautiful smart down to earth woman that shares your passions!! Congrats every couples dream!
Like the part where Emily is loosening the altenator bolt without looking. True mechanic move. Eyes in your fingertips. Betty is definitely a keeper. Shes a nice build.
What's cool about your videos is that this is really true what goes on when working on cars. Dropping tools, forgetting the battery..etc. We can all relate. Thanks1
The Bronco is awesome. Back in the 80s my brother in law and myself went to Sargent beach ,Texas.(,as I grew up around, West Columbia) drove all the way to Brown Cedar Cut it was hairy but never got even close to getting stuck. There were these 'puddles' they turned out to be 3 feet deep, had water coming into the old 1965 Bronco. The front went out of sight then you drove about 10 ft then started the climb out didn't spin a tire. God bless you and your loved ones.
I had a Bronco just like this one but I sold it. Big mistake on my part. Wish I had it back and I can't find another one. I love watching your build on this jewel.
I’ve been enjoying your videos for awhile now. It was so awesome to hear you bring up Derek at Vice. Grip Garage. Jessica and him are great people. Their videos are awesome and you guys are too.
Butter fingers hard at work LoL!, She is a bubbly one that’s fun too watch....I bet Aron spend a lot of time shaking his head laughing at his wife! 😂😂😂, The two of you have to be the nicest couple on TH-cam hands down! Love laugh enjoying life.......Your channel will grow big time! 😎👊🏁
Great video everytime I see your bronce brings back memories of high school when classmate and I almost lost his crossing a stream in the Colorado mountains.
We just enjoy hanging out at your shop and watching you guys do stuff.. of course if we were there we would be helping,, we like all the cool stuff you guys have..😍 I have a 1996 Jeep Cherokee with a 4.0 and my son and I tonight just broke it down and pulled the head off of it because it blew a head gasket I went out and found another head, same casting took it to a friend of mine who has a machine shop and he went through it decked it new stems and seals and springs so my son's getting an education on how to do a head gasket on a straight six.. we're doing it at night because it's cooler down here in Florida and plus we live in a trailer park and I don't want my landlord to see me working on it but I have no choice I can't afford to send it out $2,500 to put all my parts that I have in it on it ...so we're gettin er done...👥💪😉
Oh buy the way the reason your having such great corporate sponsorship, All that hard work and years of great vids!! What a great build the. Bronco is!! Learned so much along the way!!
Growin up our family had shares in a hunting cabin in Maine. I remember road trips in my uncle Jack's 76 Bronco many times. I even cut short one trip by getting the measles a day after we got to the cabin where I was chasing my cousins around the woods and managed to fall in a stream. Two years later Jack rolled it over after shooting a bear and driving it to the check point tied to the hood. The road back to the cabin is barely wide enough for one vehicle so when someone else is going as your coming someone has to back up or both have to go semi off road. Jack took the higher side cause he had the ground clearance and just after the other car passed he got too high on the bank and the bronco rolled. That was the last I saw of it. They are for sure a very fun vehicle to have and use.
I keep all the cardboard from shipments just for using as a pre absorbent when change fluids. Helps with keeping the floor more clean, if that is possible.
Great video! Happy you're getting some corporate sponsors. Yes, Brake Cleaner cleans really well, BUT...be advised that it WILL dry out rubber parts! Engine degreaser would've worked better, and a lot cheaper than brake cleaner. Keep up the great content!
I LOVE that Bronco!! Being completely honest, even if you two were putting a tailpipe on a Tesla... I would still enjoy your content all the same! You both do such a great job of making Flying Sparks Garage feel like home, like family. Always looking forward to the next!
Hearing from you about mistakes made reminds me why there is the word Oops which should be my middle name. 🙃😁 My Mom's name was Betty and I love the Bronco!
I found your site because of the FSM connection. I watched the episode where you purchased the boat ( Great Buy! ) and realized you were fellow East Texans. Enjoying the site and best of luck to you. Hoping to see you guys on Motor Trend soon.
I just came across your channel and binge watched about a dozen episodes, from Boat to cars. Great stuff! One comment, right off the top of this episode; Stop slapping the fender with your wedding rings on! Lol.
At least ya caught that transfer case before ya got somewhere besides the shop. I did that on a 79 Ford with a 390.. tore the transfer case loose trying to plow through a snowdrift hunting.. not a good plan
Betty is the bomb!!!! I'm jealous though, I used to have a 73 and miss it dearly. Sold it due to life getting in the way. So anytime there is something to do with a first gen bronco, I'm all for it. Good luck in your travels. Cheers
Love the bronco video’s I have a 1973 also enjoying the trailer build also looking forward to seeing how the sniper EFI works out long term thinking about doing it on my.
Love that Bronco, and another delightful episode. You two work so well together. And props on the Kendall relationship. That's long been a top quality motor oil with a pedigree dating to the 1800s and the early days of Pennsylvania crude-based lubricants. Keep having fun!
I love the Bronco great color. You both seem to have such a great time together. I think I could watch a video of you watching paint dry and love it. Keep putting out videos they are fun to watch.
I found you guys (thanks to the algorithm) thru the boat vids. Let me first say the vids are great, well produced and chock full of handy information. Second....I have no idea what Emily has said because she is so mesmerizing. :) Keep up the great work!

I have always been a Bronco fan...just not Bronco IIs or the new ones. That is a real sweetheart of a truck, and a REAL truck!
I so love the old style Broncos. Just wish I could find one I could afford. You two are great at this!
Totally love the bronco build. Keep doing all that you do. Love the show and the 2 of you.
I Love Betty... I'm a Ford Guy. Very nice project. Keep up the great work.
Yes! More Bronco build videos.
I’m just a wannabe backyard mechanic, in fact, I don’t have a project car and I don’t have a backyard. So ... watching you guys often makes my day!!
Oh buy the way the reason your having such great corporate sponsorship, All that hard work and years of great vids!! What a great build the. Bronco is!! Learned so much along the way!!
Love seeing the Bronco content. I ordered a Gearstar AOD last week for my 72 Bronco restoration and mentioned your channel. 👍
What an hilarious episode! Love it! Thank you for all the hard work in sharing it with us.

Sure appreciate it dude!!!
Holy shit dude
Absolutely love the bronco! Then again I've had 6 diff 79-96s and always wanted a 66-77
I love the CRC dielectric grease gun/tube, but it definitely takes practice and finess to get a small amount of grease out of it.
Thanks for showing us how to fix the Bronco!
I am a Ford Guy, So I love the Bronco stuff! But it is all good! Car Stuff, Boat Stuff, Airplane Stuff!
You keep me smiling. Thanks.

I love ALL the builds!! Thanks for another great vid!
Good to see you two back on the motoring/engine works. Like a sponsor, probably wouldn't want you advertising their products on the home videos!
I keep all the cardboard from shipments just for using as a pre absorbent when change fluids. Helps with keeping the floor more clean, if that is possible.
I'm dropping in here occasionally, and it still strikes me you are such a beautiful pair.
Enjoy the festivities.
Great video! Happy you're getting some corporate sponsors.
Yes, Brake Cleaner cleans really well, BUT...be advised that it WILL dry out rubber parts! Engine degreaser would've worked better, and a lot cheaper than brake cleaner.

I like all the builds! Thanks for another enjoyable video.
The Bronco was the reason I started watching you.
I do like the Bronco, but Zen is my favorite. Honestly, I'd probably watch the two of you build bird houses as long as it's the two of you.
You’re so kind 🥰
Hearing from you about mistakes made reminds me why there is the word Oops which should be my middle name. 🙃😁 My Mom's name was Betty and I love the Bronco!

when I was 14, I learned those big bars used to tighten belts will shorten the lives of alternator bearings and power steering pumps
Love that Bronco, and another delightful episode. You two work so well together. And props on the Kendall relationship. That's long been a top quality motor oil with a pedigree dating to the 1800s and the early days of Pennsylvania crude-based lubricants. Keep having fun!

Love the Bronco. Used to have a lifted one.
Good video! Like all the projects! Would have liked to see the 😸 kittens.
Love the Bronco
Use mineral oil on the belts, it keeps the material a bit soft. Especially if the belts are aged.
I love those Broncos very cool I also love the Z car I had one it was a great car and I’d like to see more of it
A+ to the Bronco project Did you get the EFI setup correctly? If you have can you show all the details. you know the ideal and WO timing etc.
I found you guys (thanks to the algorithm) thru the boat vids. Let me first say the vids are great, well produced and chock full of handy information. Second....I have no idea what Emily has said because she is so mesmerizing. :) Keep up the great work!
Thanks for this comment, we’re so stoked that the algorithm smiled upon us with our boat videos!!!! Appreciate the kind words! -Emily
