Thank you, Mister this technique is might work with very few pregnant women because usually, we are as physiotherapist we ask them to not separate their legs to prevent their pelvic girdle from getting any extra mobility and then hurts herself. I think better to keep both in flexion, just roll them together to the side that she wants with holding her baby and twist the whole body.

Here's my two cents...currently third trimester. Best way to turn pain free is to turn under instead of over. Basically turn under to all fours then turn again to the otherside. This was you don't really disturb your round ligaments or open your legs to wide and feel pubic symphysis pain either.

This texlchnique really helps, no more pain in turning side to side, 33 weeks now and my tummy is getting heavy my pelvic girdle pops when I turn ans sometimes it hurts, but then I tried this technique, and its actually good, it really helps me to lessen the pain in turning side to side.

I have the same issue. Between leg spasms and feeling like I am sleeping upside down, I barely get any sleep. I am due the end of this month so I didn't even bother buying a pregnancy pillow. Do you have one? The reviews are great on them. I am usually a stomach sleeper, not so easy to do nowadays. I am able to sleep sometimes with a leg thrown over a pillow and hugging another pillow. Not exactly on my stomach, but close. When on my side, I put a pillow between my knees and either hug another pillow or I put that other pillow behind me supporting my shoulder/back, depends on which way my upper body is leaning. I hope I worded it good enough to understand and I even more so, I hope it helps. Good luck, hang in there and congratulations. :)

Nope, not working for me. Maybe if I was laying on the floor it would work, but I'm in bed, with a big belly, big booty, sore hips, wrist braces on, and I've got a pillow stuck under my belly. My legs are like 500 pounds heavier than when I'm not pregnant too.
But thank you anyways! This would've worked a month ago but I'm 32 weeks today and I'm just going to accept the fact that I'm stuck where I'm at lol.
