Great to hear a man speak on a friend that has passed away and who happens to be Luther Vandross. But he speaks without being salacious and telling of "family business". Love the focus on the entertainer and not just the digging into his personal life! Insightful and not intrusive.
Kevin, Thank you for shining so brightly as I attended Luther’s concerts. I loved how you snapped your fingers, kept the dance moves going and performed with Lisa Fischer, Ava and the other singers. We miss Luther so much and love you sharing and reminiscing about you and your career journey. ❤
Hello, I just wanted to say that Kevin's voice was GOD given. I discovered his voice way before he started singing background with Luther. Loved him si ging with Ray, Goodman and Brown.
Kevin was always on point whether behind Luther, a part of Ray, Goodman & Brown or Revelation. Please get his book "So Amazing: Through the Eyes of Kevin Owens" and check out his work with R,G&B.
I have always wondered about Kevin Owens. You can still watch him on the Luther videos. He (Kevin) is a consummate professional and there was no question that Luther had the very best of the best! What did he do once he left or stopped working with Luther? This is a great interview.
Did you forget that he was on loan from Ray, Goodman & Brown? th-cam.com/video/ezXVwe1y_A8/w-d-xo.htmlsi=tVPgB8b3n8V8QsRe. He is currently working as management consultant to R&B artist Jaheim.
Thank goodness Kevin is so gregarious and personable cause this really begged for a journalist. He ended up volunteering information since the questions didnt necessarily tease out the answers.
Kevin disappeared out of sight. He really doesn’t fully understand that he’s an American icon of the 1980’s. He was right there singing with Luther Vandross changing the lives of millions of people all around the world. People became more sensitive towards each other’s passions in relationships.

Loved your book. The documentary was fire. I really enjoyed it. It was respectful.
I enjoyed the images and sounds.❤
People thought I was crazy cause I was ALWAYS screaming for KEVIN at the LUTHER concerts...❤❤❤
Facts! Kevin is the consummate performer! Singer, Dancer, Choreographer, just a beautiful soul! Shout out to Fonzi Thornton also on that same level!
Wow Kevin!!!! Wow I wish I seen this live. It's so good to see you and hearing your stories again. You are and have always been "So Amazing!"

I’m going to go back and watch because I was focused on the cute host at the opening 😊
