Luther's personal life was his personal life and sexuality really was nobody's business .Tamron is so respectful and a great interviewer . I can't wait to see it.❤
Luther Vandross will always be in our hearts forever I'm seventy five years old now growing up in Los Angeles California watching Soul Train daily Luther Vandross songs will always be a blessing in my soul he will always be missed and remember.
I can’t wait to see this documentary. I still can’t believe Luther is gone. My favorite songs are Never too much and I cry whenever I hear Dance With my Father because it reminds me of when I danced with my father at my wedding. RIP dear Luther. We miss you!🥰🥰🥰💙💙🙏🙏🙏🌹🌹
Me too & I just lost my dad last year. On MY BIRTHDAY 💔🕊️🕊️❤️. I'm the only girl, & the baby at that. So listening to that song "DANCE WITH MY FATHER" BRINGS SOOO MANY MEMORIES & TEARS 😭. Cause every time we had cookouts or gatherings, my daddy say " COME ON BABYGIRL & DANCE WITH YOUR DADDY" 😅. ESPECIALLY MY WEDDING, he did NOT want to give me away 😅. Although he LOVE my husband as one of his sons, he told everybody that's a different 😅. I thought he was playing at our wedding rehearsal the night before 😂😂. I was laughing, until my brothers, my momma, my sister ( WHO MY DADDY DID RAISE AS HIS), my pastor, our nieces, 2 of the ladies from church looked at me and said " UM YOU MIGHT WANT TO STOP LAUGHING, CAUSE HE SERIOUS"! 😂😂 RIPARIDISE DADDY & LUTHER 🕊️🕊️🕊️❤️❤️❤️
There’s no one that can sing like Luther Vandross. I tried to see his concert whenever he came to town (I attended about 12 or 13 of his concerts!!!) so glad I was able to see him live! He’s greatly missed!💕🙏🏾🤗
I am such a fan that after his passing, i could not listen to his music for yrs.. its been so many yrs now but i think i am going to have to watch this... There will never be another ❤
I am looking forward to seeing the documentary of Luther. I have been a fan of his for over 40 years. His music will forever stand the test of time. Thank you Tamron for this!
I love it when they involve people who were there along the way and knew him personally. It just adds an essential piece of the puzzle. We need those perspectives from friends who spent actual, meaningful time with Luther
Thank you Tam for being a brilliant light. Many Thank yous to you, your family, and team for great content. Shabbat Shalom Brother Luther. Thank you for your service 💜🐐🕊

Yes , I made it my business to see the children’s show. I followed him from being a back round singer to stardom. God said we all are uniquely made. All True.
I think we all new he was gay, but we are STILL IN LOVE with him....one of the greatest voices that will NEVER, EVER be duplicated ! I say still in love with Mr. Vandross
I think Luther was the youngest child and the last one his mom had to bury. Imagine, all of your children dying before you. How painful. I believe that she’s no longer with us either.
I love that 20years later I still know nothing about his private life but want to know more about him as a person not his personal business at all. That's the problem with celebs today sharing everything under, inside, and out 🤷
Luther's sister, Patricia, was a member of The Crests - the first multiracial doo wop group. Their most famous song is Sixteen Candles. I believe that he met Patti Labelle through them, maybe at the Brooklyn Paramount. He then became president and/or founder of her fan club.
Y'all remember when Patti LaBelle told his business to Andy Cohen, this should've been her reply! I will never forgive her for affirming the most salacious enquiry into Luther's private life that way with that God-awful gossip no less.
These entertainers want privacy when they get SUPER FAMOUS! But when they want us to buy those records, and support their films, they will Tell it all. If he was GAY, what’s the problem? Women will still support him, we already knew !!some Men can’t hide their Feminine side ❤
Luther was the best to ever do it. There's not too many artists like him, and there'll will never be another LV.
That part!
Yes that's right!!❤❤
You got that right that's for sure 1000%❤❤
Tamron has such a gift of knowing how to phrase a question. So brilliant.
